It feels very much like what the tories are doing with the nhs - run it into the ground so hard that there is no option but a takeover (or privatisation in the case of the nhs).

Can we consider how the board will profit if there is a lowball takeover? Naturally I think the company is dead but not adverse to considering such options. With DA disappearing without trace and complete silence, one can only assume they’re finished trying to make the company work, but what is really in it for them? Higher paying jobs at the acquirer? Big envelope to toddle off quietly?

These aren’t accusations, merely questions as the silence is so deafening that we have to come up with our own theories!

Or know/fear the worst about the dispute. The longer it does on, the more we’ll be hammered it seems. What actually are the board doing? Do they not understand shareholder value and comms? Clearly after a low price takeover.

Yes, it’s an absolutely atrociously run company. Clearly happy to be a tiny cap as per pre covid. Basically back there bar the cash in the bank, everything else the same. Presumably happy to go on as they were pre covid but use the cash to cover annual losses and BOD pay rises.

Presumably we’ll have no say? Will literally be a note to say ‘x has offered 50/60p per share, you can accept or reject by x date” yet much like the payrises it’ll make no difference because whoever the majority shareholders are will likely see it as a way to enrich themselves somehow.

It’s irrelevant who has lost more. We all invest what we can afford based on circumstances so the % loss is equally as painful, be it 6k or 60k.

What makes you think that? We hit new lows every day and are valued at £45M against net assets of £133M, as at end of H1. Make that make sense.

Agreed. I’m finally going to do something about all my moaning and compose an email to IR at the weekend when I’ve got a clear head. It could be pages and pages long so need to have a good think how to frame it.

It’ll be roundly ignored but as a shareholder I feel I have a duty to myself and fellow shareholders to at least try. At least I can say I tried.
