I think they should just pay out the lot in dividends and then wait for the inevitable bankruptcy. Oh but they won’t because they know the dhsc has us over a barrel.

New investors? Why would anyone invest here? As we can see the big players are jumping off the sinking ship in their droves. They know the company is finished. It’s just us little people who find out late on when it’s all too late and our money has evaporated.

I said many times this is the new odx and it’s proving to be true.

The longer it drags on and they do absolutely nothing with the cash makes one think they know the dispute is going against us.

No dividend. No buy back. No acquisition.

Makes sense as we have nothing to sell.

1. Dhsc dispute
2. Undeserved pay hikes for the top brass
3. Cover annual losses

The market knows.

HarChris are you serious? Many multiples, how? Do you trust the board to spend the money wisely?

As I've said many times, I'm treating it as a flip of the coin now, given that I am 82% down. Win/favourable dispute I may claw 20-25% back, lose and it goes to zero.

It doesn't mean that I can't criticise the company for its utterly shambolic performance.

It's like a market trader knocking 75% off their tat at 5.30 to try and get some final sales in, whatever the price. Absolute embarrassment.
