They’ve also said such things, or words to this effect, as:
“We expect covid revenue to decline by around 50% in 2022”, and “£100m/annum organic revenue in 5 years”

Therefore their statement about having strong grounds holds very little water. They’re hardly going to say “we think we will lose the dispute” although given their lack of positive news ever, it wouldn’t surprise me if they did at some point.

Clearly won’t happen until next year, if at all. They either think we’ll lose the dispute or are just too risk averse. Company is walking dead until July 2024 when it will either be completely dead or potentially revitalised.

True but how low do they think it’ll go? It’s currently at half cash. It looks like it can go lower but no one really knows, unless inside information is going to the market, which I am not suggesting it is.

On the flip side they didn’t sell on the pump and dump either. Is that telling or is that they’re so rich they don’t care and are just leaving it in as speculative punt and hoping for another covid.

Which suggests they have absolutely no faith in the company they are supposedly running. Val has a point about them wanting to get in low maybe, but how low? They know the dhsc details, they know how the co is performing. No director buys is worryingly telling, at these prices. Not one Director buying. Can’t expect them all to but not even one?

New investors? Would you invest in a loss making company who has a £134m court case hanging over them? Quite literally none of us would invest as we would look and say “wow, totally uninvestable”

It’s all relative. He/she (if real) may have £3m in the bank, so whilst it still hurts a 15-20% loss could be the same as £6k to me. If I had £3m in the bank I’d be angry about this company but the loss wouldn’t hurt as much. That said, this isn’t a financial issue for me but that shouldn’t mean I am not allowed to criticise.

What is your response to my post of the annual sales figures? Factoring in inflation were more than 50% down on 2019 - let that sink in. What should have been a transformational event for the company was literally a lotto win which is being slowly wasted. I do think the dispute is having an impact on sales as customers are going to be wary, and that means 2023 is a total write off, as is H1 2024. Where’s the positive news coming from?

Why does the absolute value matter? £6k is a lot, as is £60k to someone with 10x the money I have.

Nothing to do with value as it is all relative, some can afford more or less than others.

No problem, 1574 shares at an average of £3.95. And you wonder why I am despondent about this company.

I was actually thinking over the weekend of the positives - mid Jan ish 2020 this was around 15p so it has effectively 4 bagged since then, and we have a worse business now.

This company is being completely run into the ground.

The fact he bought a load of shares at about £8.50 in a company he should know inside out leaves me petrified that he is in charge. A company whose shares now trade at £0.63.

That isn’t the kind of expertise I want in charge of this company.

SP wise it is back to death by a thousand cuts, by the looks of it. Slow, slow drop until the next 'strategy update' and then who knows. At least we can be fairly sure it isn;t going to a penny until at least June 2024!

Can't blame the directors? Too lenient, they literally ru(i)n the company. They set the strategy. They decide the M&A. etc.

They've done nothing but oversee share price destruction.

The market currently values that potential as -£40m in terms of cash value, hardly inspiring stuff.

At what point do us long suffering holders accept that the board don't have the desire and/or competence to take the co to the next level? Pre covid, literally not one person would have put this company in with a hope of hitting £100m/year yet that gets bandied around due to a freak year. By the time we can trade properly again it'll have been more than 4 years since the covid outbreak and we've done absolutely nothing to drive non covid sales (evidenced by the regression in this area).

So now our main advertising avenue is LinkedIn, a careers site. Are they just trolling shareholders now?
