Noone will care about the court case with regards to an election - the public are told what to think and believe via the Mail, Telegraph, Sun etc. so unless for some reason they decide to go against their beloved Tory puppets, it won't get a mention. By then they will have Johnson back and it'll all be about how he can 'save the UK' etc. And as Swag said, even if for any reason it started to get any traction, another distraction would be created to throw the public off course.

Val - the problem is the legal costs for the next 17 months negatively impacts us more than them. It may be millions which for us has a tangible impact, for them they just keep on writing tax payer funded cheques from the blank cheque book. They have unlimited funds, we don’t. They clearly want to bankrupt us therefore they have no incentive to settle early. Even if we win the dispute it won’t impact them as their right wing press mates won’t give it much coverage.

Feels like there needs to be a completely new board, new strategy and LTIP that is realistic. They constantly repeat the phrase about being in a strong position to grow but every metric is the complete opposite.

BH last I checked it was 4.5% red. Not horrendous but not great, £30m below cash and still sinking.

Wrap - it’s mad that people on here try to argue it and claim we are inflating. It’s literally the figures in the RNS announcements so these other posters are suggesting that the company is lying to the markets through official channels?

So they’ve done almost £13m cash in 6 months. Unless the debtors balance has massively increased then this is a huge concern. It likely hasn’t given the plummeting sales.

I’m a holder but get slated for being negative. They have not given us 1 positive in almost 2 years.

Correct emex but there had been talk of it being withheld, however that was when old salad man was ‘in charge’ so I very much doubt any action was taken there.
