I would love to but I’m not in the know like the traders are so don’t know when they’ll pump it. Look at gdr this last week, big pump and dump on no news. Bb was getting excited yet it’s all manipulated.

2024 makes every difference. Clearly the only way we will grow is through M&A and that won’t happen pre dispute resolution, and may or happen at all if it is negative. Even if positive it may not happen if this is just a lifestyle company for the board.

Of course 70p isn’t the bottom. The market and us are not getting updates until well into q2. As far as we all are to assume there’s next to no covid income and non covid is now £6.3m. That amounts to huge losses.

I’m sure it’ll attract unscrupulous types who see it as 12-15 months of £0.3-0.5m per annum to tick along until July 2024, doing absolutely nothing like DA

Well obviously yes 0 is the floor but meant in terms of what seems sensible based on financials. £37m below cash seems silly but why can’t that be £50-60m below, due to incompetence?

Anyway, 6 months? You do know the court case is June 2024 so there’ll be no such upside for at least 18 months.

There's no floor now, certainly until July 2024 when the dispute is finally over. It has been for a while but this share is now well and truly a trader's plaything and they'll pump and dump it as they see fit.

There is no plan, there is no CEO. Just looking at recent updates and trading outlooks and comparing them against where we are now tells the story. No sales, no strategy, no hope really.

Why would anyone pay £800-90 for a company that is currently worth £50m and bleeding money daily?

WBA - you said the SP held well yesterday. 4% down and currently another 2.5% taking the marcap below £50m, some £37m under cash. Is this holding up well? If this carries on for 18 months, it'll be on the floor come court case time.

I don't get how some on here are so easily pleased.

Are they promoting the mythical new products to be released Q4 2022 which would ‘partially offset the 50% reduction in covid sales’. Unbelievable stuff from the company in that rns last year, re-read it earlier. So very incompetent.

One of the board members has gone and likely that the others have zero faith in the LTIP. We all know there is absolutely no chance we are getting anywhere near it. We’ve lost over a year with DA doing **** all and now we’re losing another 1.5 years, so the best part of 3 years post covid stifled. The government and board have quite literally destroyed any growth potential

Great point, Karen. How do they manage to allow every RNS message to be so understated, even when they could draw out some positives? Who in the company would be composing them? If JW or JM, the tone is to be expected, but surely someone with a bit of creative flair could pen something. By 'creative' I don't mean lie, just, as Karen said, give it some oomph to balance out the bad news. Like the 2022 trading update, yes it was terrible as expected but could they not have added a few green shoots?

If mere mortals like us can see it, why can't they? Or do they not want to?

What decent CEO is going to come on board when he/she is told "you can have a healthy salary but you cannot do any M&A until earliest July 2024, our reputation is still in tatters due to the court case and our non covid revenue is some 50% lower than it was before covid."?

May as well just leave JM there as acting and save £0.5m or so over the next 18 months. Let's face it, he can't do any less than DA did (unless someone can manage to do less than zero).

Pleased? It is confirmation that we are strangled and will stagnate for another 18 months. Monkey still on our back so won't be trusted with big contracts and so on. Agree it's good to have a date but June 2024 is fairly disastrous. Is it even worth hiring a new CEO before the court case? Any worth their salt won't touch it as they'll have to wait 12-18 months to implement anything.

As always with ncyt, yet another RNS yet another letdown.

Fairly sure I won’t find a share which will give me a 500% profit, so no thanks. I will look to take advantage should there be another pump and dump between now and June 2024

If they lose the court case fully, the company is toast. We'll have lost another £20m ish by then and be on the hook for paying back the gov.
