Steve - I can see the positives but I can also see the SP trend. I believed in the company hence the investment, however, other than the rally after the investor meeting, it has literally been downhill. Times have changed in 19 months and it feels like the company is well out of its depth with regards to maintaining and improving shareholder value, which is understandable given the huge growth due to the covid cash cow. Why am not selling now? Well, a 40% loss is a good place to start and I want to see if the new CEO understands how to support shareholders. The company is clearly very good at what it does but would still be a penny stock if it wasn’t for covid, however I thought they would capitalise on that cash cow to improve the company at all levels, rather than just the product lines (obviously this is key but when you enter a bigger arena you need expertise in other areas and it seems ncyt doesn’t have that). I’ve written off the money in my head and so will persevere to see how the new man in charge approaches tbjgns.

Brochrock - you clearly have some insight that none of us do as the sentiment on this board is not to touch this with a bargepole. I'm currently sitting on a 40% loss (and growing) so if you have some positive insight please do share it!!

No chance of a lockdown and surge. We cannot keep relying on more covid cases and lockdowns, that cash cow is out of milk. There must be something else to come. Surely.

@TrustedInvestor - is it? Apparently it was at the bottom at £7, at £5, at £4.50, at £3 etc. and here we are breaking new 12 month lows by the hour.

He is banking £10m odd and is retiring very soon, why on earth would he care?

ValJu - I'm with you on that. I said it once before that I'm done buying and I went in once more at 320p and, lo and behold, we're now another 12% below that. I'm cursed as every time I average down, it tanks again. Should have sold at £12, should have sold at £4.40. What next? Sub £2 and "should have sold at £2.70", ha. Joke share.

Every time it drops significantly it is the “biggest bargain”. It’s been the “biggest bargain” at £8, at £7, at £4, at £3.20 and now at sub £3. When does it stop becoming a bargain and just not worth touching?

We’ve been here before many, many, many, many times. It looks better but don’t forget it went from 447 on 23/8 to 298 at close last night (-33%) for no specific reason. Hopefully it’ll go the other way for a month but let’s not count our chickens.

How is it relevant to NCYT?

@Kitzie I am very much not a de-ramper. I’m an incredibly frustrated and disillusioned LTH of this junk stock. 40% down. I am very much not wanting this to plummet further, but it is all it seems to do regardless of good or bad news (apart from the spike a month ago which, give or a take a few %, has been wiped out, no?

If anything I’m trying to stoke debate whenever I see overly optimistic posts as all it has done in the past is let us all down (other than the shorters and short term traders).

No chance, and if there was public compliance I feel would be very low. Where ncyt are concerned, I think we need to see the post COVID plan as that cash cow has been milked.

I wish they’d use some of the cash to hire someone who actually knows how to talk to the market and shareholders. May have meant one fewer Ferraris for the BoD but maybe they’d have recouped that in time with a SP lift.
