Because cases have declined every day for 2 weeks, hospitalisations and deaths will follow. It’s over. It’s good news. As ncyt holders, we need to look forward. HarChris nailed it with a post recently, something along the lines of covid is holding us back. True words. Covid cash cow has been milked, need to look forward.

Covid still exists, yes, but due to vaccines it’s not what it was. Uk government for sure have moved past it and onto their next pet project of climate change (something else they don’t care about but will somehow make their friends profit from it)

Yes I’m a SH, 50%+ losses in this absolute s***show, hence my frustration. But I’m not living in an alternative reality where the government are going to give us another massive contract, heck they don’t even pay for the one they did give us.

A) they don’t give a monkeys about shareholders, they’ve proved this. Why would they? They’ve their huge 6 figure salaries and probably have LTIP’s.
B) agreed q3 results would be welcomed but at this stage I’m starting to think they’re not particularly favourable given their lack of desire to release them. It’s one month and 5 days after the quarter end, they are ready so there’s a reason they’re not releasing. Perhaps no news is good news, in this regard

What action and who is going to take it?

It’s real and has been for months. But repeating the same “oh I can’t believe it is this low, I wish it was higher” thing time and again won’t change it. Facts will. Currently we’re a covid test company and covid has largely been phased out.

Why £15? Utterly ridiculous figure. Hit £12 when covid was a thing and at its worst, it’s done now so we aren’t getting anywhere near. Trust me, I’m as frustrated but I’d rather be realistic.

Brave move Jasper but can understand why you’re doing it, I’m almost there myself. Not sure how much it needs to fall for me to call it a day but it can’t be far off.

BlueLight - fair but what is making you think it’ll rise? As in genuine, tangible news that is going to drive it up? This is clearly not a long term company (BoD seem utterly incompetent) and once the covid lotto win has been spent, is it it back to square one?

This is the closest recently I’ve been to just dumping and moving on. 50% loss, unreal. The past month or so I’ve seen some light but I’m struggling now - this RNS, no future direction, no Q3 figures, likely ramping down of testing in the UK.
Genuinely tempted but pressing the button on losing 1/2 my investment is something I’m struggling with.
What positivity is there on ncyt or are the ‘hold’ camp literally just doing it as they can’t face crystallising a massive loss?

Why waste time and board space on Porky? 100% ramper, not genuine at all. Just ignore him/her and move on.

ChrisT I bought in repeatedly on fundamentals yet sentiment has completely killed mine and many others’ investments. Rest assured, this will be my first and last foray into AIM investing. It has been a huge learning curve!
