An important aspect of £200m MC is that a 10% CR during 2021 could produce £20m cash.
This considerably strengthens 88E chances on further development of XCD projects, Central North Slopes conventional next drill, and moving forward with unconventional.
Then during 2022, 88E could become a £1b MC company.
Quite frankly a lot of ifs and buts.
And 8 years of work.

A 10 bagger gives SP = 4.65p, and
MC of £50m becomes MC = £500m
Does this seem likely?
Possibly of both drills strike oil
And both give 100 bopd Flow Test
And physicals such as porosity are values suggesting commercial production highly likely.
Taking into account modern seismic and computer processing has not been carried out, the above simply needs a lot of luck.
Nearly half of above has higher probability (obviously)
Taking into account nearby successes, 2p would be a great result giving MC = about £200m

Heavy focus on up and coming Project Peregrine, as expected.
I say 'weak buy' because this is an exploration drill program to find what we do not yet know.
If the strike is good, the SP will have many times growth.
If the program does not manage successful oil flow test, then SP will dive a little....
Peregrine is 5th and possibly 6th Alaska drill for 88Energy.

On London Stock Exchange the SP is 0.417p
Buy is 0.45 p taking a whopping 8% fee
Sell is 041 p encouraging Sellers with a minute 1.7% fee
MM's are forcing the price down?

Presumably the Thurs 10 Dec Presentation will be preceded with an RNS enclosing the Presentation.
Taking into account recent RNS's it seems the new Presentation will not have any new information.
But it will lay everything out in a complete and logical format.
Generally such is to encourage new investors.
Since, presumably, existing investors already know most of the material.
I am still uncertain about the 1billion-plus shares donated to the City at a cut-price rate.
Will these people behave like true 88E Investors and hang on until post-Harrier-1?
Or will they behave like thieves in the night and dump on us forcing the fragile SP to crash, yet again?

I feel DW is doing too many deals with anonymous financial people - at our expense.
When City Financiers and US Financiers are anonymous, they can do what they want without regard to ethical and moral behaviour.

The BBC article only covers an issue relating to Ireland
Outstanding issues that are insoluble are:
1 our sovereignty over our fishing waters to not be breached by EU
2 EU wishes to prevent our government from supporting some British activities
3 EU wish EU Court to have jurisdiction over UK behaviour

The key problem is France who cannot bare to think UK will steam ahead from 1st Jan 2021.
Chance of a deal is near zero.
Unless Germany pulls some strings and stops France from behaving badly.

Looking ahead to Monday open at 08:00, following an ASX session....
I would not be surprised if SP opened at 0.34p anywhere up to 0.44p.
It is good to look forward to a funded Drill at Peregrine in Feb 2021....
But equally at this time, will we be awash with a selling off of the CR shares?
Will short term dealers be selling out for the weekend, even for Christmas?

AIM trades yesterday were approx 7 million.
Surely that is really low?
But we shall see, finalising any contract can be time consuming.

What I am saying is just the tip of the iceberg regarding methods to skim money from honest share owners.
In the USA there are several companies that specialise in ultra fast buy-sell methods.
This achieved using powerful computers with internet connection positioning to gain fast Internet access etc etc
By ultra fast dealing, this is faster than microseconds, it is nanoseconds.
The computers are programmed using AI techniques to follow specific SP's and recognise moments to deal with advantage.
The scale of cash use and numbers of deals means considerable money is gained every 24 hour period.
It is like a business.....

AIM4, I am not a share trading expert, but like many here, I have picked up much experience over the years.
One part of this is to realise 'cheating the system' in share dealing is more than a sport. There are criminal workings.
Many posters claim that sometimes a Market Maker seems to be manipulating the SP. And most of us pooh pooh those comments.
Try googling 'market trader share price manipulating' and variants. The are some articles that explain sophisticated methods for MMs to 'communicate' using pre-agreed codes embedded within trades raised by themselves.
If you have alternative view, then fine.

I have changed, a little at least.
I was an 'investor', meaning I search and find a few or even one 'great investment opportunity' and faithfully support it.
But DW's attitude towards his past faithful shareholders is disdainful to say the least.
Selling 100% of all 88E shares post a near death coronvirus attack, was best move I've done for 5 years.
Now 88E is just another share to me, to be analysed, compared, bought or sold.
Only trouble is, it does consume quite a lot of time.....
But now I am a 'trader'! Well, maybe a Trainee Trader, far from a professional one.

1 the crude oil price is much lower, from still unresolved Russia camp vs Saudi camp etc
2 coronavirus has reduced business confidence of spending money on anything ATM....

These low value BUYS and SELLs mean that several Market Makers are communicating between them.
One is saying, please drive the price DOWN,
and the other is requesting, no please drive the price UP
I think there are 8 Market Makers on 88E, it seems most are dormant today.
But two have price condition orders they can't fulfil......in opposite directions....

There has only been 20 deals today, about half BUY and half SELL.
The highest transaction is under £1,000.
Why, does a Gut Feel suggest the FO may not happen?
We are in December and Spud should be by mid-February 2021.
Can everything be executed in such a short space of time if FO is signed?

A big problem with oil exploration in North East Alaska is the weather.
The 'window' is not many months, and this can vary.
A negative factor is time to make the ice road.
Then time to transport such a large drill apparatus.
Then...Callista want the drill back on the highway before the weather makes it stuck for six months.
Unlike the Texas oil fields, or Saudi oil fields. They can work in easy weather conditions most of year round.

Rabito, this sounds interesting.
A vertical has limited chance of 'commercial' oil flow test based on oil field geometry and geology.
Adding one or more horizontals adds immense chance increase in discovering oil flow.
Some production wells have up to 24 horizontals with branches off each.
Plus, a horizontal can easily deliver a higher oil flow test and higher production oil flow.
BEX designed 88E Icewine-2 to have horizontal.
Then 88E removed the horizontal option to save money.
Result - two years of work and expense, not a drop of the black stuff to show.
The technology of (horizonal) electric motor drills and controls just gets better every year.
Perhaps the 2 weeks for flow testing will give then chance to drill in a few directions.
It is easy to drill in a poor position not realising that nearby the oil density is higher.
PANR have my interest and my money :)

Compared to Charlie-1, Western Blocks, and Peregrine, the PANR drills are only a few metres.
Using the same Drill, Charlie-1 cost US$23 million for drilling multiple layers down to HRZ at 11,500 ft approximately.
Ice roads were no small part of the 23 mil.
Do you know the all-up cost for the Talitha program?

I've met Bandy and had a long chat with him.
He is a sensible person IMHO.
Which means, he is not going to become involved in a project unless he thinks there is a serious chance of success.
We all know this has been a terrible year for oil exploration due to low crude oil price.
Finding a suitable project / partner will not be easy.....
That is all I mean by my comment. He is protecting shareholder assets, not being reckless.
