A suspected single party has made 30 Sells over the last 90 minutes possibly to reverse a big early morning rise over 4% peaking at $18.4 per share.

This reduced the SP to $17.8.

Now possibly the same person has started buying lots of 100 share Buys presumably now to force the SP back into a rising mode again.

Rivian start delivering R2 vehicles in volume to the public from Tuesday 9th June. Typical sell price believed to be about $54,000 each.

They are still delivering EV vans to Amazon in volume.

They are now delivering a refreshed R1 at about $77,000.

Uber are proposing to buy R2 vehicles in volume.

VW agreement on using Rivian internal designs progressing.

Year 2026 sales could reach double 2025 sales.

After years of development costs Rivian could become profitable in 2026 and very profitable in 2027.

Expect SP to double oven June/July.

This company has operated under the 88Energy name and strategy for 12 years now. To be fair, they have kept out of debt, and new shareholder raises have not been excessive.

Most 88E drills have found oil but not strong enough finds to be commercial.

Quite a few projects have just died away.

We are cautiously looking in Namibia which is producing many successes for many other explorers.

And with a push from our North Slopes partner we are re-considering the part of Alaska that 88E started in some 12 years ago.

I think Burgundy have the expertise, possibly able to raise the money, and propose PB's original well design supporting multiple horizontal drilling.

But what are the timelines? Two years to commercial oil and gas extraction?

And now Russia target bombs oil and gas facilities in Poltava (reported in News) to damage Ukraine's energy production not realising much of it is Russia owned.

At this moment I do not know if Enwell's operations have been damaged.

So far 'he' has banked over £50K, perhaps that is it now.

I sold my 88E shares at break even a few weeks ago to back another company, which was lucky.

This is now over 125 million old shares equivalent.

Perhaps Big Dave wants OUT, there are few other people up at that volume ownership.

First transaction today is BUY 500,000 at 1.05 each.

Then little until 09:30 when over 3 million SELLs over 10 transactions at 1p per share.

It looks like a big owner has decided to get out.

At 25:1 this could be a long term owner with over 80 million shares in old money, once worth £80,000 or more.

There was 1.2 million shares sold over five SELL instructions completing about 15:30 this afternoon.

This would have taken a while to reach completion dropping the SP from 1.2p to 1.025p

There does not seem to be matching amounts of purchases, maybe leaving the brokers holding overnight.

Early on in a 15-month full time MBA course, they cover raising finance in a growing business.

The successful rule of thumb is, 50% from shareholders and 50% from loan capital.

Maybe Quantum have this rule in mind.

Generally the Loan Capital follows CapEx requirements.

The shareholder raising follows business growth.

Quantum are a sound electrical energy generating business in a world where demand for electrical energy is dramatically increasing.

They know what they are doing as engineers.

They understand the finance demands on the business.

They plan, they negotiate, they make agreements on the PL side and the SL side (purchase and sales ledgers).

Key is. They plan for Mast growth in monthly electricity generation billing.

They will get some of the business out there is this growing market.

There is a lot of negativity here.

Note on insolvency: many SE company's are insolvent by nature of the fact that their often inflated Assets would never be able to pay off their cash Liabilities if called in.

Business is like a game. If you consider stopping, the picture is bleak. If you keep the ball or dice rolling, victory will reward the planners and the determined.

The Mask business concept is good. They understand the technology and are proving this. Often predicting new order client names and dates is difficult. Just chased as many as you can, some will come in.

I am confident they will build up the monthly revenue, not just a bit but substantially.

Not even 10 trades today of total value just over £200 and the SP is moving between 1.3 and 1.6p.

There is a gross 23% difference between sold and bought prices which is ridiculous.

The rivian R2 is a fabulous design, excellent USA price, top technology. They are NOW coming off the Production Line for pre-customer users such as employees, to iron out any last minute bugs.

The market will be bowled over by how good this vehicle is, probably be sold out for 2026.

Share Price will double to over $30 by end of February IMHO

88E expertise and staff nationality have always been Australian, even just Perth.

Expertise required in the icewine region is not just for deep drills, but also for heavy oil extraction. Remember icewine 2 was bitumen?

Texas has many such experienced people on fracking using steam, on twin drill holes (blast down steam, extract cold soiled water/ proppant), and extensive use of horizontal drilling for thorough hunting/testing over wide underground volumetric space.

88E staff can just manage a single hole drill with hot water proppant to one thing level. Seriously hit and miss. Seriously fail with heavy black oil.

Burgundy Xploration are Texas based with 30 years of serious oil exploration and extraction.

Aussies are other side of the planet studying Business Administration at college.

Paul had a life career at Conoco Phillips in Texas, he KNEW what he was doing. Dave went against Paul's advice.

Burgundy quite possibly have (access to) the best skills and experience for the Accumulate North Slopes area.

I would call it 'a worse than hoped for situation'

I have tracked 88E drills for 10 years now.

All well drills found oil but it was not commercial.

This means the cost of future extraction is way over the revenue from oil sales.

A decision has to be made - block and abandon, or continue exploration on a revised plan.

From memory, 88E have drilled 8 wells.

The directors hint that a return is possible in the future.

Reality is, the law requires blocking the well when further work is not planned.

So, if you do plan to come back, you don't have to block up the well and clear the site. Expensive work.

With 88E, all Wells had different reasons for failure.

Clearly none of the reasons were expected.

This PANR well is difficult to read.

Well, there are issues drilling, that is life.

Quite often after a proppant pumping in/draining out session, pumping in again etc, the well needs a few months to soak and crack the rocks. Called fracking.

The oils are up to 10% lighter than the proppant/water, so a few months gives any oils present a chance to rise above the proppant, and be amenable for later extraction.
