I asked PB during the Q&A session where he saw TXP in two years and said that he hoped for 10,000bpd at that point. So let's say the end of 2021, 2.5 years. 10,000bpd may all depend upon Ortoire?

Well, I believe in the numbers myself Ross. I have total trust in my decision to hold TXP, as I believe that as a company they are really going places this year and next, and beyond. The BPD flow rates should hopefully be back to normal in the third quarter, whatever normal is, I hope that is 2,300+BPD. Above all else, I am a big fan of PB, even if he does ignore my emails.....(I'll forgive him when he delivers me enough profit to allow me to move onto the next master plan of my life). I find the guy very interesting in interviews and to date, as far as I can remember, he has delivered on everything that he said he would.

As always, time will tell and we will either be here after the third Ortoire drill with big smiles or we will be here, enjoying a profit, just not quite so big as we had hoped for. This is the gamble and this is the fun of it for me.

I have to say, PB doesn't seem like a fella to play that sort of game. I think he is a bit straighter than that. I qualify this by the fact that he lets the wells be in production for a while before he gives the flow rates.

Goodness it's late. I had planned to be in bed way earlier than this but saw the forecast so I stayed up. I was waiting to shoot the storm that never appeared. Since Michael Fish and the October 16th/17th 1987 'what hurricane?', the forecasts can't be trusted. A weather warning can be given for pollen nowadays..... Ol well, roll on the Winter and storms in South Africa. Those can definitely be relied on!!

I would think that would only be possible if the problem wells are back online and then it should be I guess, Ross? Maybe back to around 2,300bpd. I say again though, the average for this quarter will probably not be over 2,000bpd. Depending on how long into this quarter it was before they were working again....if they are working again? I think the current SP allows for this anomaly? I might be wrong of course (there's always a first time Ross ;-) )

Anyway, the future is bright Ross, regardless of the BPD that happened today or tomorrow. Ortoire will make us all wealthy hopefully. Are you looking forward to the Ortoire dills?

I remember when PB said there was a 'fish' in the pipe, I laughed. i thought to myself, 'how the .... does a fish get into an oil pipe?' Oh I am so very stupid at these things. Although, it would be very helpful to call a spade a spade and not a 'thing' a fish. Did anybody else think PB meant an actual fish?

Evening Ross, if the problem wells are online then yes, it should be over 2000bpd. If they are not online, then no, it will not be over 2,000bpd. Unless TXP update us, or somebody has an insight, there is no way of telling as far as I can see? According to either Malcy or PB, I think it was Malcy, then the average for this quarter will not be over 2,000bpd regardless of whether the problem wells are online or not. So I don't think the market are that worried? If Malcy has worked this out then I would have thought the markets would have as well.

I agree with 1750, the Ortoire drills are much more interesting....when they start of course.

We already know that this quarter will have an average of below 2,000bpd, that will not be news. Was it PB or Malcy said this? Sorry I can't remember just now? The wells were due to come back on at some point but not before this quarter began. I am surprised that we haven't heard that the problem wells are back online though. I would have thought that news worthy of releasing? Maybe they aren't on yet?

So I figure, if this quarter at least matches last quarter then that is all we can ask. If the wells have returned, albeit unannounced, then the average could be a bit higher. The 2,000+ barrels per day will be back online from the third quarter onward. That's how I understand it, but hey.....I am not so clever with the big business matters of this world.

Obviously the first and second drills are both delayed, I wonder if the third drill will now be delayed? I'm thinking that if this drilling machine is possibly needed continuously by lots of suppliers across the island following us, then presumably the third site's drill will suffer a delay. Not unless the machine had some down time booked?

I have the best job in the world for my own personality. I love to organise, I'm a bit of a show off and this 'job' of mine allows me to be myself. Plus, when I edit weddings I get to enjoy it all over again. It's fair to say that I am a very lucky person to have a job I enjoy so much. Most of my work is referral so I have a brilliant network of couples now. My biggest group of referrals is a family in Ireland, I've shot 18 weddings for them now. Irish weddings, are an amazing celebration!! I go over for the whole week. I've been to Johannesburg and Cape Town for weddings and I was asked to go to Hunters Valley, Australia for the 20th of December this year. I can't do that one though as I have a Christmas Eve wedding this year and I can't commit to a shoot in Aus and be confident that I'll be fit and raring to go for the 24th.....what a shame....
