Nice one Ross, made me laugh that one.

11 years ago we were given a payment by the government to invest for our new born. All kids got this, was it £250? So Mrs Photo and I looked at the choice of investment options and we were pretty clueless on what was listed. As we liked crisps we decided to invest in 'Walkers Crisps'. My daughters annual report arrived today and it was from Walker Crips. I thought there was a typo and checked the statement against last years. Again, Walker Crips. Strange I thought so I called the company and asked what was the situation. It turns out we are invested with a company called Walker Crips and not Walker Crisps!! To my sense of humour, that is funny!!

I've got a very busy few days, two weddings and a busy Monday with shoots. I am very happy to be so busy as waiting for next week, and any possible RNS coming through, personally speaking would be torture with a slow Saturday & Sunday to endure. Not wanting wish my life away but I can't wait for next week......

That's weird Ross as I can still see it.

It was a phone in over in Canada and somebody asked the panel man what he thought of TXP, he said very nice things. Nicest of all, he believes that with a successful Coho 1 the SP could potentially double.

Time will prove whether he is correct or not, but it was nice to hear a very positive spin on TXP.

This morning I was chatting with Mrs Photo about the slicing time, we thought 30p but that article has made that figure seem a little on the low side.

Is that 60 added pence per share if all four drills are successful? That's how I read it.

I'm also still confident Sunday, however, I'm very surprised by the SP right now.

Like most I assume, post spud I thought we’d be up in the 20p region. However, here we are back in the 12p zone....I never envisaged that.

Agreed Zues. I had a similar conversation with Ross a few months ago. If a raise was needed then I would trust PB to use the money wisely. However, we are a long way from a raise being needed currently i feel. The oil price today is not helpful but it is hopefully short term and the last few months have have been $60+. Presumably TXP have made a few pounds even with the last few months being below 2,000bpd.

Was it 2,000bpd to break even at $55 a barrel? I've got that in my mind for some reason? I stand to be corrected if I am wrong.

What was our break even cost per barrel, was it $55? That oil price today is a bit of a nuisance.

Zues, the BPD was always going to be less than 2,000 due to the problems , which spanned two quarters, with two particular wells. However, I was hoping that the third quarter would have been back over 2,000BPD, not sure that is going to happen though?

I've been investing, that's what I flatteringly call what I personally do, I'll start again. I've been dabbling for a few years now, but rarely, if ever to be fair, have I ever held a share that I feel so supremely confident in. Maybe I have my rose coloured spectacles on, time will tell, but I don't mind that so much. It's nice to feel like I'm finally sitting in the pound seat on a share!! By that I mean, pretty much being invested at the beginning of a company about to grow by multiples. Happy days.....

Interesting post on FB from a poster called Mazdak. He got hold of PB who responded. The rig is on the move and all is well. Mazdak asked him straight out about the lack of information regarding production levels and PB said there was no need for concern on any level.

Alchemyex, you were not wrong saying 10,000bpd, it's just PB said he hoped that figure would be reached in 2 years, not this year.

To be fair to PB, that was a question I asked him and he chose to answer. It wasn't a figure he just threw into a conversation somewhere.
