The T&T Budget is happening right now. I can't see anything about SPT as yet?

I’m figuring that PB wouldn’t waste his time with a presentation/Q&A if there wasn’t something to report? Could well be the Coho-1 news we are waiting for, I hope so at least. Possibly the spud news from Casandura as well?

Is it the budget in T&T today? News of a possible SPT reduction, or amendment at least, would be very welcome.

Thanks Brasso. Purely out of interest, how did you come by the news that it is on site? Is there a post somewhere?

Anybody know what is happening at present? Is the rig still travling to Cascadura? Has it arrived and spud? I haven't seen anything mentioned for a while. The rig left Coho-1 two weeks ago so and I assume that two weeks is long enough, even for a very slow moving machine like an oil rig, to have travelled to a new location. Maybe not?

I just read the RNS from the 22nd of July stating that Equinor have a 3 month option whether to join in the next step with us:
"· Equinor and JOG have agreed a 3 month option over a 50% equity interest in respect of Blocks 20/5d and 21/1a (the "Buchan Blocks")"

So if I understand correctly they have until the 22nd of October to make a decision. However, recently, I am sure I read a post on this board that the 08th of October was a day they were looking at for the decision by Equinor. Have I got this completely wrong? Thanks in advance for any clarification on the subject.

If my maths are correct, the extra $7 a barrel gives around $13,000 per day on 1,900bopd.

Having just watched the interview with PB, looks like end of October for or thereabouts for logging information at Cassandra and maybe mid-November for the results from Coho-1?

Evening Lexion, please excuse my ignorance here but I have no idea on these matters and would like to be educated. When you say '8 million cu ft per day is about 1379 boed' is that 1370bopd of oil? If yes, how come? Is oil always present with gas?

Ha!! I woke up, went straight for the phone and there it was.....the RNS!! Made a coffee, and I actually got a bit nervous in anticpation of reading. It was a great feeling actually.

Happy with the news, let's see what the market makes of the inital information? Testing will be the key of course.

I wonder if we will have the results for Coho-1 before the second prospect is drilled?

I've got a rare weekend of Lexion and it's horrible sitting here waiting for Monday and the next chance of an RNS.

I did smile as my disappointment in the content of the last RNS washed away; just BOD buys. I wonder if PB and the BOD chuckled at the knowledge of what that RNS alert would do to so many PI's around the globe? Most if not all would have been very excited!! Personally speaking, I would have chuckled if I was them especially if I know that the next RNS will be a beauty (I hope....).

Ol well, a chance for relax, a braai and a rum or two.....ha....like most other days then!! Have a good one whatever you're up to.

I saw the RNS alert, got excited, made a coffee and some marmite toast (with lashings of Lurpak...yum yum), sat at my desk and prepared myself to the news.....

A question for all and please forgive my lack of knowledge so obviously shown here.

That is copied form the VTM report. Are they guesstimating that the SP could possibly rise to £1.10 if all three Ortoire prospects are successful? I arrive at this figure as follows: 60p + 35p + current SP of 15p. I have probably misunderstood this completely. However, if I haven't....
