I think you need to listen to the link I posted earlier. The majority of the placing was to fund the SaaS as pronounced by Gardin.

I have certainly maintained a strong sell stance possibly because there have been no positives facts. Gardin spins this story in different ways each time and you are his biggest allie, why is that Micky?

Since it was clearly the SaaS and the £2,000,000 raised to fund its implementation I was posting about, then you are misrepresenting by including other subjects.

Thanks for clarifying the failure of SaaS. Now investors are probably wondering why it was necessary to fund another £2,000,000 placing 14 months later. Where did the first £2,000,000 go if not on the SaaS project.

On 19 October 2023 QBT posted on X a SaaS was available for methods A and B. A day later they backed up the X statement with a RNS. This enticed investors and the SP rose and finished at 1.8p by Friday 27 October. Therefore the placing at 1.5 was 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 the prevailing SP.

And what of the SaaS RNS over the last 2 and a bit years, looks like it was simply made to entice the punters to buy up the placing shares over the following couple of months

I think I have highlighted recently the impossibility of a software Method C. The idea of a slow microcontroller being able to feed awesome speed ASICs in real time is at hash rates in TH/s is ludicrous.

I have also ridiculed Gardin's drivel RNS claiming

- Over the past month, testing of the new software-only version in the Company's Milan laboratory has shown an average improvement in mining efficiency of over 10% - meaning, its capability of finding the winning hash at over 10% above the minimal difficulty threshold as set by most mining pools"

Since the minimum difficulty will change from pool to pool the the 10% figure will change. Thus it says nothing much about the hashing efficiency of QBT's system. Since FPGAs are still being used then it implies they are testing in weak pool.

So what we need is simple unequivocal comparisons with identical systems with one enhanced with Method C software.

Another point, Gardin drones on about the software will allow companies to make up lost time and ground using the Method C software. Where does he get his data from ? It's not all brute force hash rate, other optimisations will be at play in the proprietary ASIC designs.

While I'm here, why does Gardin keep using the term "Third party" I don't think I've seen any reference that would indicate third parties are involved in anything.

Have you anything to back up your statement " is not linear" ? if not then the assertion the December burn rate is equal to June's figure is just as valid, if not more probable than your statement. Obviously your pronouncement of non linearity contains nothing but wild speculation and no actual estimate, good or bad, of what the rate might be. At least Forfaiter's speculation originates from accounting figures and not plucked from thin air.

Mickeydj cannot dispute what I say about the impossible Method C software being impossible so he is reduced to the brute force approach and has my posts deleted. If what I say is misleading or lies then Mickdj can explain to folks where I lie and what and what in my posts is misleading.

You have to marvel at the drivel Gardin comes out with

So, both QBT and the ASIC manufacturer began the analysis of QBT's magic Oracle but the the half wits realised after several months that is wasn't possible until it was integrated into an ASIC.

This paragraph is simply ludicrous drivel on a couple of counts. One, experienced logic designers would know immediately what would be required to analyse QBT's magic technology. Two, designs are analysed with simulators and FPGAs . QBT has, we are told, developed and carried out exhaustive testing on FPGAs. They have obtained vast amounts of data and obtained irrefutable evidence.
