In-spirit don't seem to know if they are working on a non branded engine or a D13.

I've said before they need a continuity manager to keep their story consistent !

Perhaps in-spirit's fine engineering minds could learn something here

You start with a load of waste heat the Stirling engine converfs some of it to electricity at about 36% efficiency. Now you have less waste heat and some electricity. The efficiency of the process is actually less than 36% because whatever heat coming out of the Stirling isn't as hot as went in.

Nowhere near 92% efficient. I'm sure the Spanish engineers will understand they are getting virtually nothing extra. Perhaps that's why there's been nothing said since.

It's only In-spirit investors that believe what in-spirit write.

Look again this way.

I've written about this statement in the past. It's incorrect. The mCHP is claimed to be 92% efficient and that's because the waste heat, from the inefficient 36% production of electricity, could be used to heat a home. The 92% system burns Methane to produce heat.

When you start using a WHR system you have already produced the heat. So using the mCHP in a waste heat system would only give you some electricity, a claimed 36% the heat coming out -- you already had that.

Typical drivel from INSP they don't understand what they are supposed to be doing and obviously you don't either. What brilliant engineering mind wrote that wasn't.

Just reread the half year report again and this caught my attention

" ... They will then continue to carry out longevity testing of the WHR system. The company is still on track to complete this task on the projected timeline between mid to end of the 2nd quarter of 2024 as per our previous announcement. On completion of the WHR system, the unit is targeted to achieve its intended peak performance of 131kW."

So after electronic updates it says they will carry on with longevity testing and they are on track to finish that about the end of the second quarter.

But note very well the next lines " on completion of the WHR system, the unit is targeted to achieve its intended peak performance of 131 kW"

NOWHERE does it state a target for completing the WHR system !!!!!

Another ambiguous RNS that says nothing when read carefully.

You must be talking about the mCHP once called the Charger but from In-spirit's recent RNS they seem to have repurposed the name 'Charger' as a WHR system.

If only they could write a sensible and factual RNS but that would imply they knew what they were doing.

I'm convinced we have had no RNS update because they are trying to use Labour's new approach to gain some leverage for further years of development. Perhaps development and sales to more dead end companies. It will surely bring out the fantasists claiming they've topped or made big pretend gains
