The tech never existed in the form you attached to the RNS. You interpreted them to match your aspirations instead of reading them critically and objectively, particularly as I had pointed so many flaws and absurdities over several years. Even at this stage there is no reliable or sensible performance data for the In-spirit development so rampers could claim 131 kW of electricity were going to come out of the WHR system but I pointed out the requirement for a absurdly heavy alternator for that ouput. The cut and paste mentality indicated an amateurish setup along with negligible staff to carry out development was also absurd. Even after posting those cheap tatty images of the Disenco Stirling, supposedly stage 1 of the Volo WHR system, naive investors continued to pour in.

A lot of money has poured into In-spirit and virtually nothing out. You hope some of it will come your way from JG. How silly is that Maidit?

If the directors don't want to lose money, as you say, why are they pulling the plug on a world class, boundless potential technology marvel. One answer could be it doesn't exist and there is no technology to sell or demonstrate to Volvo or anyone else.

If their technology worked and has been developed as stated by in-spirit then its a winner but I don't believe it and neither do you.

I'm not really a great one for predictions, there's too many hidden unknowns the PI isn't privy to.

So the opportunity to make money from a product with boundless potential was just too much for in-spirit. The company will now seek opportunities with less potential presumably.

I assume the owners of this company get to vote as to whether they wish to throw away the boundless potential WHR system which had met all the companies expectations during trials

In exchange for becoming a nebulous cash shell. Directors appear not to be steering the company towards shareholders best interests particularly after some wonderous development has already appeared in so many RNS and over so many years.

Why does a shareholder with just 18% of the shares get to ditch a project with boundless potential. John Gunn and Inspirit could save the world from its energy problems .... 131 kW !

Why would THX allow VAL to talk to their potential funders. Why would the funders want to talk constantly to VAL?

Surely a cash shell needs cash, I doubt there is any significant money left in In-spirits pockets. Perhaps enough for a decent retirement party for the board.

And don't mention the £97,000 from EQT they are going to want that back sine INSP won't be delivering. Then of course are the monies and fees owed to the directors.

On second thoughts I doubt there's anything left in the kitty !
