What's sad about it, surely you find it interesting that a company creating a world class product resorts to using an unrepresentative image to represent their engineering claims.

Why ?

10 October 2022 I posted the following:

" This is a good one.

On the In-spirit web site is a photograph of Paul Booker sat before a computer screen. The screen shows the Autodesk Inventor application running. The suggestion is he working on the Helix Accelerator with his exceptional engineering mind. The photograph is from 2016.Delve a little closer and go to comsol.com/model/shell-and-tube-heat-exchanger-12685 there you will find the same picture.

It is an example of a shell and tube heat exchanger and is an example provided with their software module. It wasn't designed by Mr. Bookers brilliant mind he was just pretending.

What a wheeze"

The photograph on the In-spirit website is titled 'technologyhelix.jpg' and is shown under the section heading ' The Inspirit Helix Accelerator. This obviously gives readers the impression the image is at least a part of the Helix Accelerator when in fact it is a sample image belonging to Comsol.

Just above the section heading is another image titled 'TECH.jpg' No reference is made to this image or what it is supposed to represent. Why does a company resort to this ambiguous publicity. Is it because they have nothing to show investors after all this time and after all the claimed hard work and money raised ?

From that strange statement, I assume the team is walking back to the UK from Poland.

So after claiming to have achieved an output of 97 kW, of what exactly we don't know; in-spirit won't put into print what the ELECTRICAL output is. They didn't organise a trial with Volvo but have waited almost a year to have some mechanical part made - they claim.

Rather than push forward with this this energy marvel and make millions for share holders, they decided to have a year off!

A tale to be told in years to come.

The market cap is pitiful because the company has proven itself to be pitiful.

It's ouput, for all the so called hard work by the fanciful brilliant minds, has been nothing. The Company produces share bait dreams in their RNS - time and time again.

Rampers cite the drivel, they either ignore reality or attempt to fool the naive punters. Typically rampers are recognised by their use of insults and fantasy claims which they cannot prove or provide a sensible argument for.

I think my posting history totally debunks that theory.

As with many companies on AIM a nadir is reached in the share price simply because many small investors gave become locked in at too high a price. The investor then can then only sell at a huge loss - so doesn't. Probably QBT has reached this stage, I can't be bothered to check the SP history. Conclusion trying to make this go lower is very probably futile.

Perhaps people should be asking is there a gang of rampers at work attempting to create a spike and sucker in other investors.

FG could sweep up all these wild assumptions bh issuing clear unambiguous RNS on the stare of play, how testing has been achieved, where ASIC development is going etc etc

Strangely he doesn't, to the detriment of the shareholder's investment. Who benefits from shorting certainly not me!

Incorrect - again

Not sure this has been posted before but Rahul Naik is down as the inventor for the QBT patent application.

His Master's thesis would appear to be the foundation for QBTs work. The thesis is available on line - google

"Optimising the SHA256 Hashing Algorithm for Faster & More Efficient Bitcoin Mining"

NAIK does not appear to work for QBT and his work was carried out in 2013. It should make good reading for all !

Consultation fees appears to be a fairly standard wheeze to extract more money from a company even when you are a sitting director.

Of course having family members on the payroll also helps.

I noted FG was quite concerned about his IP in one of his video plays. What happened to the patent applications.

Excellent advice, unfortunately the important information is kept from investors with vague and ambiguous statements. Negative information is rarely released unless it comes as a bombshell from out of the blue. Cheap shares are rarely offered to PIs. Shares are forward sold before placings suddenly appear.

I think there are thousands of AIM PIs that will vehemently disagree with you there. Ask UKOG, VAL, INSP, EQT, BMN, SCIR, ICON and so on and so on.

I don't subscribe to the idea that the investor has to take ownership of his decisions. The investor can only make his decisions on the information provided. Information provided in many cases is withheld or ambiguous, why should that ever be ?

From my experiences, derampers generally make the right call when it comes to AIM dross companies.

Note: how I am capable of posting without insulting anyone. A trait many rampers should copy.
