If there was to be a takeover then it matters a lot how many shares are in issue does it not?
The company will be valued on earnings not on how many shares there are, then the more shares the less everyone gets.

Nucoria was a hopeful but I found this in last years financial reports

nuCoria was established to commercialise a suite of intellectual property developed by Seeing Machines relating to an objective, diagnostic tool for optical and neurological applications. Seeing Machines and nuCoria Pty Ltd entered into an IP License Agreement effective October 14, 2014. Under clause 7.2 (c) of the IP License Agreement, nuCoria was obligated to “enter into a Third Party Transaction with respect to Commercialisation of the Device” within 36 months of the Commencement Date. At 30 June 2018, nuCoria had not found a third party willing to co-develop the technology and Seeing Machines has not agreed to grant an extension to clause 7.2 (c). The investment has been written down to zero on the basis that it now appears unlikely that nuCoria can commercialise the technology.

Thats not how it works, cars are planned years ahead. Thats why we have contracts that are years in advance. Just hoping they will start production of a new model years ahead without getting the full cycle out the last model just isnt gonna happen.

There was no statement from him in the rns or Twitter where mike lenne said he was delighted to be heading up fleet. I would have thought he would want to say what his plans are going forward or else its just more of the same which the market clearly doesnt like.
Has he vocalised plans to the board which make them believe they dont need to look any further?
I would like to know as im sure other investors do too.

I would like to see a proactive interview this week and get a statement of intent, what does reset automotive mean? I hope the interviewer asks about the RFQ situation.

When a company does a fund raise its because they need the money to make money and they get the money because the investors are getting a return on that money. Why has it come to the stage this company just asks for money for nothing in return and in fact looses money on the investment made. No promises nada, just the money will last til next year. I wouldnt be surprised if the ii that bought in at 3p are offloading already because where is the case to hold? When and what is going to make the share price recover now? Giving Paul McGlone the job is a panic decision and I think there are problems in this company. Im really concerned

Yes, we all know that, but not in the next year, so where are we getting money from.
Look at supercruise , dms is only engaged when supercruise is on then at other times you can be texting etc. Im not putting it down in any shape or form, but they dont deem it an essential safety feature 100% of the time and the first models we will see coming from bmw etc are going to have dms for the same reasons as supercruise imo.

Theres no white knight coming to save us anytime soon, its more of the same for years. Merc and bmw will sell a few like gm did, the money will trickle in and we will need more again.

New cars from 2022 for ncap. Id is released next year so doesnt need to have it, Volvo XC90 refresh next year so doesnt need to have it. NEED is the optimum word here.
XC90 will have a new model in 2023 and will need to have it, vw id will refresh in 2023 and will need to have it. They have spent their money elsewhere
