Seems keen, buying a lot of shares, now appointed and non-exec, despite those trying to spin this enthusiasm I'd prefer the Occams Razor approach. He likes AVO for good reason - simples.

That's one interpretation of course, but a surprising one for someone who is actually invested, who you would imagine might have a slightly more upbeat view of the BoDs intentions and capabilities. For myself, I prefer to think that they did all in their power to make the best of a bad job, and only notified that the deal was done and dusted when a) they were certain of SInophi's intent and b) that there was no contractual and/or legal recourse to that decision that could reasonably be expected to be successful. A parting on good terms leaves the door open in the future once a working prototype is in place if nothing else.

It's a line drawn, we can move ahead without the shadow of legal costs, which is the best we could hope for. Fairly sure the SP has paid for this already, this drop will be short lived.

I was sitting on 757,607 shares at 16.5p. In new money that would be 30,304 shares at 412.5p. Will we ever see over £4 for this share again? I'd like to think so, but even if you don't agree, it does show that there is a lot of potential here.
