In the US according to SEC standards the NPV can now be classed as reserves. "the SEC requires completion of a final or bankable economic feasibility study before it will allow measured or indicated mineral resources to be classified as reserves in SEC filings. " It seems that others disagree on the significance of the actual filing, but to me it's a green flag, company for sale.

bg, I don't recall implying that the headline figure were in any way new, I just quoted them without comment. I can't see how that could be deemed ramping. The FS has been officially filed, and as you say the background data is in there for anyone to review, which clearly is new - it wasn't the case this time yesterday. I can't see why a post saying this is the case is either objectionable or "lame ramping". The FS is filed, no harm in advertising the fact.

Hard to believe the obvious solution was completely overlooked. Mind boggling.

If there is a discounted placing and that placing provides the finance needed to get to production then that "discount" could look a bargain for everyone in the medium term, not even the long term. In the short term if a placing drops the price I'd be all over it like a rash - which probably means any drop would be very short lived if others think the same way.
