Last break even price I saw was between 35 and 40, but that was a couple of years ago, I think Catcher runs at under 20 production cost per barrel for pmo.

Cyan, one could argue that the oil price crash of 2014 could not have come at a worse time for BOR, it is a matter of record on an RNS around that time that they had turned down at least one farm in offer because it did not meet their valuation, no doubt the decision would be different now, they had also agreed commercial terms on another deal before circumstances outside their control changed, so your completely black and white assessment of their story is maybe not entirely fair. Things can change.......as they did late in 2014.

Ralph, whether you sell or buy I personally couldn't care less, and nor should anyone else except you and your immediate, but what is your purpose in making relentless negative posts, what exactly are you seeking to achieve?

Falkland Investor, I'm not sure anybody was being overtly negative about Argos, just pointing out the difference that there has not yet been a confirmed discovery on their patch, on the other side of the coin however they are right next to sealion, if you read back a few posts you will see I was, and am, actually considering investing.

I'm not forgetting that Ivan's, which is why I currently hold BOR and RKH

Hope you are right luckyman, but farm in or sale, surely has to be one thing or another.

I know we have talked about anything from 8 - 15p on sealion fid but I'm beginning to suspect the only game changer here is our own farm in ...........really surprised rkh hasn't moved a lot more on Tuesday's news.

Just to remind people what I believe was an important line from the last update regarding the farm in, .......further updates will be provided when appropriate, they did not have to include that, and have not included such a phrase before, but they did, now with my optimistic head on you could draw the conclusion that they are expecting a further update before the next scheduled rns in April........Just my own opinion.

It will be interesting to see if today's bounce continues.

Hi Mr Bond, hope you are ok, hopefully this is the start of a recovery. I did lose my cool a bit but do get sick and tired of people who just turn up when some news arrives having not posted here before and just throw in these one line assessments, positive or negative, yes bor are in the sfb not the north but that is hardly the be all and end all of the issue, it is a bit more nuanced than that, to me to just chip in saying this means nothing cos its miles away is not putting forward a structured point worth considering.
