I reckon tomorrow is the day when we will see what's what.

Personally I'm surprised they haven't outlawed shorting as they have in some countries.

I expect results sometime Tuesday to Thursday next week, historically it has never been a hard and fast fixed date in April.

When results come what I would like to hear is that they had in fact made some progress before this hit, one thing is certain, this cannot go on ad infinitum, bor will be out of money in less than two years.

BOR will surely have to consider selling the asset if no farm in soon. I hope the board dont blame it all on the recent crash of oil in their update, it has only just happened and they have had 4 months since the last one where poo was largely over 65 dollars

This price of poo will be temporary, US shale was in a shaky state before this happened, yes it is a setback but I believe in 6 months time things could be back close to where we started the year. Report on oil price.com, only five US shale producers are profitable at current prices, plus the rest of OPEC will quickly come to its senses.

Well, for the first time I now have a small holding in ARG, having been a holder of RKH and BOR for years.

Well I bought more PMO, RKH and for the first time a small holding in ARG this morning. Could not buy when I wanted to when PMO were 16p, ended up mid 20s, could not get a quote, Barclays smart investor platform is rubbish....much worse than old platform it replaced.

Must admit my faith in all the FI oilies is being sorely tested, just when we think sealion is making progress the Chinese made virus hits, knackering the oil price and the world markets , at least temporarily, to boot. I am beginning to wonder whether the FI oil bonanza is jinxed and will just never happen.

Barclays seemed very matter of fact and unbothered when I asked why they had made no attempt to seek the opinion of shareholders on their Smart Investor platform, I asked if I would get any confirmation of my No vote and their response was that all calls are recorded. They have certainly done nothing to facilitate shareholders having their view.

Whole market getting mullered, you need courage at times like these.

If your holding is with the above you have to call them in Glagow office to log your vote, they have not volunteered any info on smart investor platform. Just voted No.

I was being slightly flippant Stepptoe, as I am sure you realise, I really thought I had detected a clue in the last rns that something was not as far away as we might have imagined, I suppose there is still two months so we will see. ATB.
