Hi Stepptoe, I havent read his comments but I can see MarketMan is clearly being a prat, what he fails to realise is that this is not a run of the mill comments board, most of the regular posters on here like you and I have known eachother FOR YEARS and we well know eachother's views, if he thinks he can come on here and upset that or get people changing their views he is sadly deluded, the fact that someone turns up, is not a holder yet suddenly feels the need to answer every comment on this board over the last few days tells you all you need to know......a very sad pathetic little man. I really wouldn't bother with the bloke stepptoe, ive seen people like him ruin other boards, like the rkh one, I have him filtered so have no idea what he is saying and genuinely don't care, just dont give him the oxygen, that would be my advice. We all know you on here, that is all that matters.

I agree stepptoe and a takeover is more likely than just selling the asset,.

I think any progress in the upcoming update would be surprising, but with 2 years cash left at best surely at some stage the board have to consider selling the asset for whatever they can get and winding up the company, with so much uncertainty about future energy supplies the Darwin discovery must surely be worth something to somebody.

Everybody is entitled to an opinion BUT, anyone who wastes significant amounts of time making multiple negative comments about a share they dont hold is either a very sad person just out for a reaction, or has an ulterior motive for wanting to bash the stock., there is no third option, it really is as simple as that. AND NO MrMarketman, I cannot see your comments because I have you filtered but I can make a good guess. Whatever you want to invest in the very last thing anybody should be doing is hanging their hat on anything said on these boards, positive or negative.

I haven't asked you to explain anything as to your view of border, or given any indication of my own view, just asked what your motivation is for posting if you are not a holder, and if you are then why you have not followed your own advice and sold. I see plenty of people who populate these boards apparently just looking for an argument, fortunately I have a solution to that, it is called a filter button since you have admitted you have nothing new to say.
