Got the impression from a post by Mr Bond a couple of days ago that MM was quitting this board, clearly more deceit from MM. Looks like he is trying to use clever charting terms to convince people this is about to pop, I remember years back someone coming on here and telling us the same......the sp was 10p then....lol.

Devon, thanks for your reply, I am sure you are right in your conclusion, however it does strike me as strange that a significant part of the creditor group appears to have done a complete about face from supporting the future plans in January, to now, apparently, no longer being willing to support the company in its current form at all, I may well be assuming too much, but as I have said, just my personal opinion, I am no expert.

Devon, im referring to the rns of 29th April, now I'm not claiming to be an expert but it seems inconceivable to me that they would agree to the purchases only to then pull the plug on refinancing. Only my own opinion.

Devon, the vast majority of the creditors were happy enough to support the refinancing earlier in the year, yes we have had covid, but oil demand will return in the medium term.

I'm sure I am being simplistic but the bp deal is now off, so no need for the equity raise, zama is in the process of being monetised which will be used to pay off debt, can the creditors just not be sensible and we go back to the situation pre the bp announcement.

personally, the way things have gone I think if the deal is rejected that is it, but I do recall there were rumours of a US OIL COMPANY looking a couple of months ago.

I must admit my initial reaction when they announced the bp deal was what are they doing this now for, but that said you can see the logic with the tax credits, why could bp just not have taken zama in exchange.....I know its pointless having these thoughts now, but you do wonder if all avenues were fully explored.

it seems to me circumstances have certainly conspired against this company, Pemex and the Mexico govt have delayed what should have been a straightforward monetisation of Zama, then just when they are in the process of debt refinancing and having won the initial court case along comes covid, but that said how can we go from a pretty relaxed ceo interview less than a month ago to this. I'm not pretending to be an expert....just my opinion.

Hi stepptoe, I see the clowns are back, it makes me laugh, it takes a really special kind of pillock to keep posting on a board where virtually everybody else has dismissed them. I am here for the end game, whatever it may be, made that decision a couple of years ago, I wont sell on short term spikes until there is concrete news.
