Have just tracked down the agreement with Collins

Reading between the lines it seems as if the trwo companies already have a product already developped.

The RNS did not say that they have an agreement to collaborate to try and develop an eye tracking product for the aviation space but:
".......The Agreement positions Seeing Machines to work closely with Collins to jointly market co-developed solutions...."

They are talking about jointly marketing, rather than to cooperate to develop, the emphasis seems to be to "jointly market", you can only talk about marketing if you already have something to market.

I think we are getting desperate and making strenuous links where it does not exist.
If anyone needs to copy and past they might as well copy the full article and not just the part that seems to paint SEE in a good light.

Reading through the research note, I believe that they think that £16 is the current market value.

I know that Qualcomm will sell DMS as part of snapdragon system, but all these mushrooming DMS company and not going into the field to lose money. They must think that they have a chance of making money in the field, so even if each gets 0.5% of the market, that is 0.5% that SEE will not be getting. There also seems to be a host of new DMS patents being registered by various companies.
Anyway would not be our problem if we get taken over in 2 years. All these new entrants will probably be for 2025 production models upwards.

I think it has to be more that just the revenue for Oct. we all knew that revenue for oct will beat all record. Q4 has always been the strongest quarter for BOOM.
I am now watching out for suspension if news has leaked about an approach or something. The amount of morning that just flowed into BOOM and price rise is out of character. Normal daily Volume is 6)K max of shares traded. 3 hours into the trading day and we are nearing 4 times this volume.

I am assuming that it is the same person/group that bout the lots of shares between 23k and 70K shares.

Something definitely going on behind the scenes, you don't chuck in about £1.5M at a share, in a single morning, just on a whim.

And off it goes again, more money being thrown in.

I expect an announcement from the company either to confirm something or the normal '...we have no idea why regarding the unnatural movement in share price. ...'

I am not sure COVID related cuts the mustard as an excuse for not releasing the results..
Lockdown basically means we all work from home, does not mean they stop paying the bills or collecting due revenues. Besides the have already told us what the results are. All that remains is the auditing and the words around the results like future expectations etc.
Unless they are implying that due to COVID they have shut down totally, then we are really in serious trouble, same also if the auditors are having issues signing off the results.
For a design company with distributed workforce lockdown, apart from the social impact on workforce moral, does not really mean much. Since COVID started , my company has been in lock down but we have been working from home for the last 2 years or so. Even when I I used to go into office, apart from a handful of people, most of my colleagues are all over the world so online meetings and conference calls are the order of the day at odd times due to time zone issues. [ Get into work by 8am and leave office at 10am because most of my meeting for the rest of the day will be with people in AME timezone later in the day/night or start work at 4am due to meetings with APJ timezone groups]
Even after COVID, online work, (working from home), will become a facet of the new work environment for most companies and they will save the cost of real estate used to co-locate workers.

I do not think this is SEE based on PM statement at H1 2021 investor presentation.
He did acknowledge that they do get solicitation from other verticals and he name checked door bell and security, ( with Ominivision mentioned).
His exact words however are:
"...the question is How quickly can you get the economics of high performing eye-tracking into a small enough device that you can sell in a doorbell that probably retails at 20 bucks. I think these things will come but just to be straight on this; We are at least for the next few years very focused on transport. ...."

I am hopeful however that this may be SEE but at the moment discounting it based on is statement. I will be surprised on the upside if SEE, maybe that is the reason why results was delayed....though for the life of me I am do not see the value of delaying FY22 results for an event that happens in H1 2022 which is due to end in two months.

Back to delay of FY21 results, I am expecting a big reveal ... take over approach? [ If a take over approach I would have expected movement in the share price as a result of leak to friends either from SEE side or the acquiring side]. On the other side, if it just an announcement of a win, why delay FY21 results?: especially as we already know the guts of FY21 results. Any announcement that happens now is happening at the tail end of H1 2022 (which end in December), so I am not with the rational of delaying FY21 results for an event at end of H1 2022.
Intriguing nonetheless, the next 26 days or so will be very interesting to say the least.

Sorry, confusing my Super cruise and Blue Cruise, but the question still applies so anyone with knowledge on the status of play will be appreciated.

I am also extending that question for other countries e.g UK. If I buy a Mach-E in UK, will I be able to use BlueCruise or does this feature wait until the roads are mapped by the system?

Since the Super Cruise currently is only used in about 200,000 Km mapped roads in US and Canada, does anyone know if the Mach-E china version has Super Cruise. Have Ford mapped roads in China also to allow the use of Super Cruise?

Q3 EBITDA of $1M and growing by the month.

Even assuming no growth next year, that puts us at $4M EBITDA, although we know that the growth will continue. With current growth rate we will be hitting over $100M revenue next year.

Audioboom Market place to be launched in Q4 providing another step change to monetisation and revenue growth.

Even with this results they still expect to significantly exceed market forecast. If AAA will leave us alone this company under Stuart Last will be a major player from next year and acquisition price will then be through the roof. [ A profitable company with over $100M revenue?]

I do enjoy a board where anyone with a counter opinion is a deramper; anyone that thinks it is going to the moon and will be £1 by Christmas is a prophet.
The adage is never believe anyone, neither those that think they have inside information and you should bet your kitchen sink nor those that think it is bound to collapse. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and have a clear idea why you are invested or not invested. It is your money, win or lose you are the one that will feel it so why depend on someone's opinion to make a play either way with your money?
The value of BB is so you can hear others views, to help you re-evaluate your reason for investing or not investing. When invested, the best thing you can get from a BB is information from those that are telling you to run to the hills, that will help you re-evaluate your reasoning to make sure you have not missed out anything in your calculations.
When not invested, then the best info from a BB is from those that are invested, to see if you have missed out in noticing a valid reason for investing.

In other words whichever position you are currently, your best friend on the BB is someone who has an opposite view. Clubbing together with people with same view as you will just provide confirmation of your position , confirmation bias, >>>group think.

BOOM reports like an American listing, Quarterly. Q3 ended yesterday and normally they tend to report within 15days of Quarter ending. As such I am expecting Q3 results in about 2 weeks.
My expectations is that the results will beat expectations so another broker upgrade.
