levels of performance are achieved the number of shares that vest increases up to a maximum, as set out below:"
The award for submitting FDA was not for share options but for a 60% bonus salary

Usually when you get 2 identical trades with the same time stamp it is a swap but those 2 are not flagged as a swap.
An example of a swap is when a bank transfers stock to a sister bank abroad on a different exchange. I'm guessing that is what these are but flagged incorrectly
PMEs only apply at auction. The extension is time nothing to do with SP. It just means the auction will go on longer. The auction has nothing to do with the price the MMs will trade with you. If you do not have a 'pro' type trading platform you can not take part in th auction. Honestly the PME RNSs are meaningless in general.
The reason the price is where it is and static is because we are waiting on at least 4 items of news that we should have received a month ago at least. But we are in an unprecedented situation. No conspiracy of hostile takeover coming
Just means at auction that a settlement price had drifted by a certain percentage amount from trading before the auction, so the auction is being extended by another 10 or 5 minutes. In summary pretty meaningless a nothing to be bothered about
