I hope it isn't the short selling taking positions. Beexit deal is doomed so unsure what impact that has on MKS. Its interesting as no deal has been the only result so surely this must have been factored in for some time. Why analysts keep using this as an excuse is beyond me.

I dont understand. Bought back into MKS today expecting a good day given the results. Stayed away for a long time. Perhaps another mistake

A rare sight where a company increases forecasts and comes in well ahead of analysts forecasts yet the shares for ocado and MKS are savaged while others reporting loss after loss and needing to raise capital move upward. Shows news means very little.

Cant see any deal. Just amazed given the year with Covid everything wasn't put on hold for 12 months. Shows just how divided Europe and when it comes down each country looks after no 1

Wondering why with a great ocado result and the FTSE in the blue both mks and ocado are falling sharply.

Causes market volatility and manipulation. In fact leading brokers recommendations are often based around clients positions. I have seen leading institutions recommend a sell on a good stock with a ridiculous target price and why. Because they have clients with large short positions and they are looking to start a sell off to assist clients. Let the markets perform based on company strengths and weaknesses. Not sure why RR has dropped 5% on morning highs but it has nothing to do with news. I will continue to celebrate when short sellers lose out.

Looks like the big boys sold at 1.18and now are shorting the stock or waiting for a better entry point. I hope the short sellers get caught out again. Should ban this practice of hoping stocks fall. I rejoice every time they lose money but am dissapointed when those hoping for a company to do well lose out. What was a good start has turned. Hopefully it will go ahead again soon

What's the next level. The FTSE 100 is so weak all it can do us follow world leaders and the DOW is at all time highs while this junk index is still 25% off. Will Barclays now continue south. Sold out of my pension atc1.37 just before it peaked but I suspect it was blessing given its direction

Dosent take much to realise the economy and banks are stuffed but I am surprised this stock rose when the obvious hadn't changed. Rhd only reason usbecause the DOW went up and the FTSE followed. The writers of these articles simply put a narrative to git the occasion. 3 days ago it wasallanout the banks booming and today when nothing new has happened the story changes.

This is now dropping like a stone. What is the reason. News means nothing it is just the big boys manipulating the stock

There is no reason to drop as there has been no reason for it to rise just a day traders share at the moment but long term who knows. Falling very quickly

Diving today. Again bring in Branson, send Stanley packing back and bring in a CEO with integrity and perhaps things will change. HSBC is by far the strongest bank to invest in in the UK.

There have been outages all day in Germany with this company. Will get out today at a loss. Hopefully the regulators will find them and I can get back in again when they tank. About time they started to clas back bonuses from those responsible. Totally useless

More realistic is down and out. Needs to gain support and fast

I dont know why this isn't flying. Perhaps the institutions are selling high to buy back low as they always do. Just glad to see the short sellers lose on the recent rally. Nothing nicer than seeing these vultures who hope for the worst make a profit. Should be banned.

I woke this morning to tge defence budget news expecting a really strong start. After all as Royal snail announced a huge fall in profit their shares are moving ahead in leaps and bounds. They should be killing rhe pig with parcels and thats where they make profit . Dissapointing start but who knows where it might finish up today

RR is in a mess. Robbing Peter to pay Paul not sure what the final outcome would be. There was a good start to the day but the Short sellers seem to have this by the neck and if ever there was a time to cut losses it was after the good news today and the great start to the FTSE but no sustainable rebound.
The fact that the SP keeps getting dragged down question if there is to be a rebound when will it be or is this going to slowly head south to the point of no return and government ownership currently 1 step forward and 2 back.

How low is this going. Will take a 40% rise to take it back to £1.00 from here. For those who took the share at 32p what was the true value on the day. I understood it was around 80p.

Another + 10% fall today.
Will this be out of the FTSE 100 soon
