Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I dont believe they are taken seriously.
Had a good rise 2 weeks ago but looks destined for new lows.
They simply have no direction the market place is interested in.
They had a chance to make a fresh direction but instead chose to promote from a team that had an amazing track record in destroying Shareholder valueless and true to form they are delivering on this. Interesting they still get paid a huge amount.
As the company slowly but consistently moves dien there no point in a good dividend the the share simply drops by the dividend and dome on the day and never recovers.
Not sure WTF the board are doing to salvage the situation but there appears to be no hope at present and 1blue day in 10 just isn't good enough.
How much longer can this company hold on until all the walls fall in on it and it will be over in a short time.
There are no positive indicators for this sinking ship. Just hope when the end comes those running this will be in the same position as shareholders and lose it all. 14 years of ongoing poor decisions are catching up.
There are several key issues with Vodafone
The first is its a company in the now and not the future. Goes day by day and it seems lije those employed to run the company are all from the same mindset. No karge cash reserves when times are good. Just big bonuses to staff and one off dividends while the company flounders year on year with a no win strategy. You can't keep buying your way out of trouble. Keep paying over the odds for licences that will never return on investment. Debt exceeds assets and with interest rates going up and no real assets to sell anymore there is little room to move. I cannot understand how they thought the govt would allow a merger. Been there done that and rejected. Why would vodafone think they are any different. No one will buy the company as its failing. Share price keeps falling as there is no confidence left. I would welcome any sensible logic as to why this will be here in the future given 14 years of consistent failure snd add to that the company is losing customers in key countries. I bought into this in my Sipp and also have CFDs and should have bailed out years ago. I dare say this will be gone soon unless there is the will of large investors to make sweeping changes especially at the too where its well and truly proven over 14 years the ship is sinking
The Times - UK chief executive of Vodafone Group PLC has warned that investment in digital infrastructure will be cut and it will be unable to deliver on the government's goals if it is prevented from merging with Three.
OF Course digital nvestment will continue. Just without vodafone
Vodagone will be history soon
Interest rates will kill off the dividend and that's the only reason people put money into this junk. There's no future for a company paying over the odds for licences that will never return. Shareholdeds are losing out bonuses and salaries are being paid like this is a successful company
Unbelievable
There is no buying demand even at this 26 year low. The company is history.
There is no way the merger will be approved. Always a given so why did the incompetents work so hard on a non starter. Because there is nothing left. There is no plan. Germany is declining asisindiq and the uk a basket case as an country to invest in
Glad the ramoers are gone. Probably on some other sites spreading nonsense. Its OK for them to have a jolly but when people are investing real money keep the comments factual and not fantasy. I have been blocked by many of them as their generation is one where they cannot be challenged so its fine. And do they even have money in vodafobe. Of course not. They would have bailed out when the ship was sinking. God help vodafone
Just nothing going for the company
If this running the zoo didn't see that China connections will mean no merger it shows again how ill equipped to run a raffle let alone a company. Will the rampers stop the rubbish around support . Every time the dreams are shared the junk drops to new lows. 20b wiped off market cap. Ttd sad part is they sell assets and then squander the proceeds. In a country with the worst performing index, this stands out. Where to hext 60s.
Just can't understand how any renumeration panel can't look at this train crash and put the brakes on any bonus until the SP recovers. Not sure WTF they are doing but must be meeting daily to plan the next trench down as who knows where this will end. Briket downgrades. Loss of over 20b in market cap. Poor customer service results and no end to the decline yet bonuses paid. Anazing
If the board were in the Apprentice they would hear those magic words. You're all fired.
Clueless and the company is heading out the back door faster than any I can recall in a long time on the FTSE 100 and given how poor an index this is wow.
Each day is the same and with only 72p to play with and the junk falling at a rate of 5 % a week it won't be long until its over.
Won't be able to hold out much longer. Ashame but inevitable.60s soon and then the end game will be fast. Every day is red. Where are the rampers now. Jyst stop making up good news there is none and the direction cant be clearer. Market cap now under 20b with 40b in debt.
As usual the SP drops more than the dividend. Simply one way traffic. All the negatives are quickly coming together and surely just a matter of time before the end. The nails in the coffin will be debt and inability to get customers
Another day tomorrow no doubt more falls.
I am sure those who belive in Santa will still ramp this up as value.
1 Green day in months and then being lost today
Board seem out of league to protect shareholder value. If they take any formof about this year it will show their integrity
Clear that behind the scenes big players are dumping this junk hence flooding with sells.
No end in sight for thisto bottom out. Vodafone is history. Too much debt in a competitive market they are losing ground to fast.
Falls this fast are common when the end close.
Vodafone to vodagone.
This junk is history. Just a matter of time before all the pieces fall together and the big investors cut their losses and dump the stock. That will trigger the end.
What a joke of a company.had the chance to ditch the old but chose to carry on as normal.
