I have seen these banks over the years offer ridiculous upgrades and downgrades on stocks which had no merit. Its almost as if they either have a vested interest or have influential investors with positions they want to assist. How else would you have 1 bank with a price or 50p and another with a price of 1.40p. Same information out there. Wouldn't trust these banks. Of course these banks would love to see the price drop to 50p so they can buy. On a positive note it was so good to see hedge funds lose billions from failed stops in gamestop.
Let's hope for 1.00 then 1 10 and upwards soon

Most have as aell or underperform. Wont top up yet. Every day its bottoming out yet every day its red. One of those rare stocks that no matter what happens during the day, no matter if the FTSE recovers RR will end in thered. Just a matter by how big the sell of is. What will it take. News means nothing. Our wishing for this to go up or down has no influence. Currently falling daily and has done for weeks so clearly not in favour. All it will take is for big investors to see potential and it will fly. Question is how low will it go. Govt isn't helping with lack of clarity and determination not to follow science but do it their own way. Its almost like they are looking at best practice 12 months too late. This is leading to uncertainty in the markets and in particular companies such as RR.

Breach around the corner and interesting few weeks ahead. Interesting to see if the banks refinance and at what detrimental terms.

As always with any spin the market will respond this morning. If the SP rises which I hope it will then then great news. If the SP falls yet again its more than likely the point to be believed is that the company is burning up £2b of shareholders funds to keep the company alive. Very few flights allowed into Australia and everyone treated the same. Everyone entering has to quarantine. The UK govt is going to announce this tomorrow but guaranteed they will make exceptions and that's the problem. Its the same with all decisions. The fact that they allow premium league football to continue with players who can't follow safe distancing says it all.

Australia has managed this well. Uk have failed at every attempt. Difference is in implementing best practice and enforcing. Govt can't do either. God help the sector until the govt listens and acts not listen and then decide they know better. Forget the juggling act. Every country is in the same position. Why is the UK in such a mess compared to the rest of the world. Causing so much damage. Nothing to do with the new strains as the govt is happy for carriers to enter whenever they want.

The Govt can't make a decision based on best practice hence Britian has the highest deaths per capita of any country in the world. They are incapable of making a decision and when they do its changed or they lie to try and make out how on top they are.
No wonder the British markets are lagging behind the rest of the world.
By simply having gossip about a 14 day quarantine the sector is being dumped. Make an announcement so uncertainty is removed. I can't see then doing this as its the right thing to do and politicians rarely do whats right. They do whats best for them politically.

This is the right thing to do for controlling the virus and has been successful in Australia but I think the horse has bolted now that the vaccine rollout has started but to be fair the government has not followed best practice from day 1 believing they know better. If there is mandatory quarantine this share will obviously fall as travel will slump but it would depend on enforcement. In Australia the army is at each hotel and no one leaves. Knowing the govt they would simply ask people to stay in their room hence nothing changes as people will ignore the request. Each month will bring the end of restrictions closer and I also expect that people will be booking holidays again as again. The question will be can IAG hold on. If so they will again thrive long term. Interesting months ahead. It will depend on govt direction but to date its been political mord than health based. Welcome thoughts

With a differing view can derail the success of the company. Its good to read both views and believe me the shares being traded by members has no impact on the SP. Its heading south on the actions of big players who currently see more negative than positive or they would all be diving in to buy forcing the SP up not lining up to sell forcing the SP down. Not taking a position just stating the obvious.

Surely British Airways is kidding itself expecting assistance from the British government. Certainly help British owned companies but Its a Spanish owned company and if they can't manage their business then they need to go into administration theee same way as other businesses that have gone into administration if they can't raise capital I am sure the board and management are still being paid and if the best they can come up with is to ask for assistance then WTF are they doing to reduce costs at the top end.
