How is it that the markets are rattled because of Capital Hill yet in America shares are still moving up but in the UK the FTSE is falling. Shouldn't they fall first in the country causing the issues

With more buys than sells surely the price should be up not on the red why is it still in the red

No news is always bad news and there are no positive announcements coming out so is it safe to assume this us going to continue its downward path

The FTSE gas risen iver 350 points and RR has gone backwards by app 10p.

Getting more worried by the day.

Please can someone provide some hope

Is there any short term hope out there.

Interesting observations
I would be leaning more to the latter even though I hold shares and hope for the best. I zmnever swayed by optimists who can never see or accept anyones opinion unless it is rosy.

I have seem similar comparisons with yell and Thomas Cook where the management fleeced the companies, shareholders list everything and they then reappeared again. It will take a miracle for this company to survive but we can only hope.

Good day until close but same result as always. Ended in the red. Rejoice if there is a blue day. Seems so rate. Shops have been open and on line doing well so there is no excuse not to have reasonable results. Lets wait and see

You are correct nearer 7%. In anyones nooks not a good day. The downward trend is continuing. Just for how long.

Boris will try to sound optimistic tonight but I expect tomorrow will be another continuation of today. Not good times at present

No one is trying to drag this down. If anyone thinks the views of small shareholders is going to change the course of RR then ???
Please stop all of this one sided reporting as it is simply not representing the facts. Instead rather than simply being optimistic state facts not hopes.
RR is on serious trouble financially and is caught up in a pandemic that is not going away. They are churning though newly raised cash and don't be surprised if another attempt is made to raise cash again reducing value. The future of this company is bleak. Just look at analyst outlooks which are mainly sell or inderperform with a target price constantly reducing not going up.

This company is totally screwed. The government will probably save it at dome stage but for the eternal optimist good luck

Bring on 2021 and let's hope this company can survive and not be taken back into government hands. A big company but heavy in debt and it appears a silent board offering any hope for its future apart to raise capital by diluting shareholder value even more. May catch up with them soon as the money again runs out.

Good defensive stock which should now be moving up
Of key analysts 80% are either buy or strong buy with targets of around 1.80 so why is this falling day after day.

Well at last its been approved so if RR dosent move now optimism will fall and so too with the SP

Perhaps a long term gamble and I am sure RR will be around but the question is will it be owned by shareholders or the state.
Will history repeat itself I hope not for all of us holding. The health of the company is frightening

Light volumes over Xmas new year but a little worrying that its barely staying in the blue

Just looking at crap companies on the FTSE 100 that just keep on rising and shake my head. One amazing market.
