So can someone just clarify for me why there would be such a large sell-off, if good news was apparently around the corner. Just an added general observation about these message boards: If that huge Sell had been a commensurately sized Buy, the board would be full of "Boom" " Here we go" Great news around the corner!!" blah blah blah..there'd probably have been 20 posts + So why aren't people quick to come on here with the obvious inverse reaction when a huge sell is made? That's why share forums generally are of little use, because all you get is the Ramping side of the equation

What a silly naive comment.. If that was the case, no share prices would ever move...there' be total intertia. There'd be equilibrium. If someone "in the know" dumps a bloc of shares, it's usually because they know some news. On the other hand MMs can be passing the parcel to create illusions. S

Indeed my shareholding is small 2,000Quid, not 2000 shares, but that's enough for me on a gamble. �2K here for me is rich enough at 0.13p, and with a fair wind I'm hoping we could see a trebling of that. Hoping UJO does well...over to the planners for more courageous and fair decisions..but this isn't an investment, it's a gamble.

I am a holder in UJO with just over �2K shares. It's a punt. This is a pint share, as was UKOG. It's a pure punt because oilies generally are depending on COS - this one is more of a punt because it has the added dimension of numpty Council Planning committees (which appear to share some remarkable similarities of mindset with some posters here - ie Closed) This will always be a punt, and is almost completely out of the hands of shareholders because of teh planning situation. This is why AZ's "weeks and weeks of research" indicate either someone who reads very slowly, or someone who doesn't understand the game.

Invariably, they lose money because they don't have the wit, logic, common sense or lateral thinking not to. I admire your positivity here (whatever that means in a Noel Edmonds-Esque supernatural slant!), and I agree that Oilies can go from zero to hero almost overnight, but it would help your credibility somewhat if you didn't outstate the house broker's target by a factor of 10! SP Angel (a terrible house broker like Beaufort, and most of 'em to be honest) have UJO at 0.67p target, not 7p! There's certainly potential here - but whether that can bu unlocked is a different matter.,I've been in here for the punt for a while, not a major investment, but I do like the look of the company.

;o) It'll do what it does.. I'm having issues with a couple of shares at the moment with defensive posts, as people these days don't like contrarian. They're too weak. Always find people more ardent, robust and interesting when they're willing NOT to defend their positions.. Easy human position to defend everything...self-justification.. Now, c'mon Mazik, dig deep, and tell us a couple of reasons why NFX might NOT succeed. That would be more helpful, far more insightful into a rounded decision. No-one ever believes me when I'm invested..but, like in real life, I like to deconstruct myself - and stocks.. Makes for a better, more fulfilled life....and profitable, Over to you Mazik...

Summation: yep, agree...and it's all in the ground, and up to the CEO, joint partners, and , ultimately, Planners I think there was a great wave of optimism a couple of years ago when the Tories seemed to be indicating that self-sufficiency in natural resources was a prime concern, and, as such, it seemed that planners would get more stringent guidelines on pushing through, rather than subverting applications. But with a lack of strong Government - I think this lot are SO bl**y awful - weak as hell, and lack of volition/ balls at local level, this remains a gamble - and, as in fact, by ensuing circumstance, been revealed IMO , to be an even bigger gamble now.

What invaluable insight! so that's what weeks of research led to..! Research with this stock is P*ss easy...BUT the matter is in the hands of local planners, so the outcome isn't so simple - and not in YOUR hands as shareholders, so, therefore is a gamble.
