Morning Happyholder - I take some of your points about AIM and this being main listed, but it's slightly ironic that you list some of the main negative points of AIM as being: "Add to that the prevelance of day traders and murky actions by people like TW and BMD all that at the lower end of AIM means there is a hell of a lot of manipulation and deceit." There's quite a lot of irony there, don't you think?! As this share has been up and down like a yo-yo due to all the foibles to attribute to AIM! :O)

ps..not you Jay.. I'm musing about Aberdeenman, and his supposed "team" on Tw*tter

the more I'm thinking about this, the less I'm liking. Let's say you were in a position that you had NFX at 3p, and that you were privy to strong rumours/knowledge that there were advanced deals coming up..What would you do? Would you a) Think it's a fantastic opportunity to buy more and get more profits from a low price, and accumulate while you can until RNS drops in next days/weeks. or b) Press the company relentlessly all day to come clean immediately and prompt a transient share price boom, before company is forced to release non-descript non News. Any normal investor would not care for the immediate release of news..I can't see a legit reason for pushing the comapny into this, even if they are in advanced discussions, unlsss someone/team want a quick buck.

Aberdeenman's blogs today, and Tw*tter... just read it. Didn't like what I saw. He spent a fair amount of the day on his Blog demanding the company "come clean" over rumours that advanced talks were going on.. Urging posters to contact the company with e-mail - almost identical to what happened on here. But even more in your face. There's a desperate feel about them, and he posts it several times, urging everyone to contact the company with the company e-mail address, demanding a news release...Why?? Why would anybody urgently demand a news release, if they didn't need fast cash?) Got to admit, it does look very much like a P&D... If it isn't a P&D, it's a pretty unprofessional and strange way of promoting a company. Feels really wrong to me and I'm a little more wary now.

Good post Jay.. and cheers mazik..appreciated I'm sure we'll all fall out along the way again!, but I'm glad to see we're in the same boat :o) ps Jay...about the 'other' share you talk about..you may have not missed the boat entirely, but it's definitely gone into a news-driven stage , rather than hope and hype. Seems to be in a trading range now of 18 to 26p ish- /.but I don't trade like that - tried it before and I'm cr*p at it. Too much stress and watching minimal price changes etc. If news come in on that one , as on here, it'll fly.. I have high expectations here...so happy for all our conversations today... #and rnorth...I'm not digging for anything major from you...but when someone posts "20-bagger" with no back-up, it's taken as it is...A random line in a random world.

Fair enough Mazik .. Please read through the day's postings.. I don't like the major judgments on character - I am contrarian sometimes, but I never ramp or deramp - god, I must be old fashioned, as I even hate the words. BUT I do like challenging views and status quo ideas. If you met me in real life you'd get it. and see that authenticity runs through me like blood. But I do like being contrarian, but it'll never be for personal gain...more to test people, challenge views. Then things come out and widen up. Discussion and debate. It's healthy. Or it used to be. Many people these days sees opposing views as threats or anti-tribe. The ancient Greeks'd die at today's 'debates'.

What the hell are you talking about!!?? Ally posts today , if you can comprehend what has happened, were about not pushing the company for an RNS, because it would take the share price down..If it goes up...GREAT! i cannot even begin to comprehend what sort of mind would confuse that, and seei it as being the opposite way around, apart from after 30 years of dealing with the public, I do know! I'm in N4P at 5.9p (have sold some in past few weeks to buy here) and have these at 2.6p average. Read through all the posts today and then declare yourself null and void (of brains). I've been in here for bloody ages...as I have N4P (since listing)...I like testing the waters an challenging people against ramping. N4P has become a rampers paradise. Today's messages were not contrarian or getting the shae price down - the OPPOSITE. I almost give up sometimes on these boards, as posters like Mazik can't understand sentiment, words or authenticity These are just views Mazik..and over the months, most of yours have been wrong.;.

So...you say you're confident.. but what makes you so confident? Is it the personnel, the Tech, the contacts? or do you have more of a working knowledge of the area?

What's making you so confident with NFX?...I know the "potential" is there, but that's the case for many companies. What makes you think this will 20-Bag in a year? Specifically, if you don;t mind...

Well, Jay, I think you know what I think of the RNS ! ;o) However, it doesn't mean that other news flows will not be coming in soon on progress of NF1 and NF2. It's one of those shares where I'm happy to be in, in the mid 2s, and will be sticking with my holding, as it looks like being a big year. I don't know if anyone reads (or trusts?) Aberdeenman and his Blog - as he has had some stinkers with shares - no better than the average man as far as I can see.. But he seems to have got some inside track on this company, and appears to intimate at a big news month and "two big Curveballs, which will be very well received by investors".. I don';t know what anyone else thinks of him and his knowledge. I tend to get skeptical when someone starts talking about a �400Million company or getting "taken out at �1/share)...these are often generic terms used by serial rampers... So i'm not quite sure what I think of his prognostications...he seems to have some knowledge, and his Blog appears to have some depth, more than the usual mindless ramping. I';m just wondering whether all these supposed "leaks" have come from that direction?

Happyholder...yes, I think that seems to have summed it up..- apart from the assumption that something has leaked.. maybe it has - or maybe it's just leaked (ie made up) from the Ramping Twitter crowd or anyone, as these things do. Now, I think after this, you're probably right... If no news is forthcoming over the next few days, there'll be a sell-off slowly downwards..but now we have the new waiting/guessing game of what does "early stage discussions" mean.. Before , the market could play around with this a little , but now there's seemingly some time-quantifying thrown in with the words "early stage", which is unwelcome. rnorth - when you say "mark my words" this will 20-bag...what happens if it doesn't?? do you send me a tenner?

Okay Jay..let's see tomorrow. One thing, and one reason I think there will be a big stop-loss dip tomorrow, is that this lacks liquidity and I think MMs need some shares pretty desperately.. so I expect a steep drop , maybe to 2.5p - 2.9p, then a climb up later.. we shall see..

If it goes up tomorrow I'll eat humble pie on here, no problem..I'll be happy to. My prediction is that it'll tank a bit first thing, then rise again during the day.. Happyholder -I take your point about the caveat, and that they have to say that.. so, we shall see

Inner-Harmony I know about semantics of words...and , in fact, it's EXACTLY the same as saying that, but trying to put a little positive spin on it. They aren't saying ANYTHING we don't already know - but have now had to admit it's not in the near term. Doh!! It was totally pointless pushing NFX for this..I'm still cheesed off that this was done... what have we learned...? Bottom line...? That Nuformix are in talks with other companies - obviously, and always have been That we have no imminent deals. A negative. There was only one way that provocation for an RNS was going to go. . C'mon Jay, hold your hands up and admit it was a mistake. Sell-off tomorrow,.

they were forced into making an announcement, which I , personally did not want.. yes, they are in talks, but early stage.. so, it has the veneer of a positive RNS, but when it sinks in that these are early talks, there'll be selling.. We knew that they were talking to a number of companies anyway, so pushing them to produce an RNS is always counter=productive. I don't think contacting the company by e-mail, as we earlier discussed, is a good way of getting the price sustainably up. When it sinks in that there are no imminent deals, this will fall tomorrow,

Anyway, back to the subject. Leave NFX alone and let things come all in good time.
