A long time ago, in a universe many light years away from here, I was involved with a company called Oxus Gold - a binary Arbitration play..
Despite getting so reviled and lambasted by 99% of the herd on here, I tried to stick to my guns - which was very difficult TBH , but based on quite a bit or research I'd conducted into past company shenanigans , all the personnel involved, all the past results involving those people and all their past results, and geo-politics.. I also did statistical-based analysis on outcomes.
I thought , on balance, that Oxus Gold would lose the case because of all that..and I actually took 1,000 posts off here ( I asked Admin to do that), because I couldn't handle the stick, trolls, bullying etc by the herd.
But eventually it was the herd who lost all their cash when the result came in. Many apologies later from people... Some actually used their wive's money and all their savings. Soe posters never came back on here. And one or 2 claimed to have called the Samaritans.
BUT , do people really learn lessons??
Not really, and those who follow company Mantras or supposed Share Gurus, and find it hard to hear opposing views, are the ones who usually lose their pants, trousers, wallet, and sometimes house. I ceratinly have a hard time in discussions, because they're blinkered. Probably don't believe in the moon landings, all that
I do not know how successful this company will be, - could be massive - might fail trials and be nothing - but a healthy board is one with many differing views. So let everyone have a voice.
