There's some good posts today and over the weekend...rather more challenging and circumspect than many have been over the past few weeks...I'm glad to see Jay asking a few more questions, as this is healthy.
My main take from this at the moment is that there's been far too much ramping and expected timeframes..
This has either been disingenuous by design or just happy-clappy rampers doing their stuff..
Timeframe delays in Pharma are INEVITABLE - thus, expectation can only lead to (short-term) deflatton IMO.
There has been all sorts of talk on here but the gist of Jiving's posts are true IMO - this compnay is nothing until proved-up..you may love the tech, you may want to marry the tech and have babies with it...but until all proved up, this is precarious, as with all start-ups.
What I DON'T like is this Chinese tie -up - I now have existential serious misgivings about this deal - in the the Chinese love to procrastinate and prevaricate, sometimes using pseudo blackmail tactics to get better deals..at least brinkmanship.
I hope that there is nothing suspect about this deal to get the £500K and subsequent £2Mill, but I am guessing now there there is a significant delay - and delays do not bode well. It could come through and I hope so, but if there is a subsyantial delay of any kind, that is serious and RNS'd, I will sell-up at a bit of a loss (post RNS).
I' agree with Jiving that all that this ramping and repeat CEO talk can do is go over and over the same facts - and it almost indelibly stamps a negative label on this that there are delays and no new news as such. It all seems to be looking to 2019 IMO, but if Npoo1 somehow comes a cropper with the Chinese then, I'll be out for sure.
At the moment, I'm agnostic about this, pretty neautral, but with a negative slant, as we've had all sorts of "insider" guru stuff that's been totally off the mark; I'm wondering whether Angus' job has been to keep the share proce propped up during silly season.
The problem with the £500K situation is we NEED it pronto, else placing, but that is almost already factored into the share price ., so a problem with that will hit this hard.
I'm unnverved at the moment, as my gut (from past similar ventures) is telling me I should have sold at 4p+..
