I agree entirely, but people like Gavin go through life setting up borderline operations (to say the least) and as lng as there's new investors out there willing to chance their arm on promises of riches, they will...bad name or not.
I think the FCA should look at this, as I still believe this is a planned event that will see G Burnell better off as a result (at the expense of us)..There's no doubt in my mind that if this delists, he will prosper somehow..
The FCA will obviously NOT look at this because they have no clout , no volition and overwhelmed with stuff..they're pointless.
Fraud? Interesting one this. If a manager takes away £100,000s of people's cash by a direct set of decisions, even if he does not directly benefit, although may indirectly ultimately benefit, is this fraud, corruption or just immoral?
Seems like he'd be skirting on thin ice if that's the case.
I talked to Sandy Jamiseon a couple of times last year at Cairns and I'm surprised blokes like him (Oxford educated with a 1st Class science degree) get involved with barrow boys like Burnell.
And last year Nigel Theobald told me verbatim: " I like how Gavin operates"...
What does all this tell you?...Maybe to trust in their judgement for now or maybe never to trust anyone when it concerns money.
By the way Doghouse, by fronting up people in the past, I'e gleaned some remarkable information that others never thought possible. Engage people in conversation, put them on the back foot, or befriend them in person, and all sorts slips out in conversation, That's my point about that....You never know until you try.
