TW does get quite a few right - and he's been right at outing many a corrupt Board.. Some of his short positions/tips have also been spot on.. Fair play to the bloke; at least he's out there putting his neck on the line for potential litigation against him by some pretty hard-hitting stuff. Not saying I like him, or dislike him, just that at least he's putting himself out there. Now regarding the calls to G Burnell - CharlieC...what does that mean, that he hasn't got any update? Did he indicate ythat things are moving/ they know what they're doing, thinkgs are in hand, there's movement towards a resolution etc etc tc...he must have intimated something. The lack of ANY RNS to inform shareholders stinks to high heaven (even if there ids ultimately a positive resolution to this - which, presonally I am doubting. Unfortunately these BODs on AIM tend to treat shareholders like dirt...at the moment all we can hope for is that G Burnell is a man of integrity and honour.. If he isn't, this has Lawsuit written all over it. I am still astounded by how this is playing out - with no update..AS we've all speculated, I think the only positive spin this has is the N4 angle, where they're waiting for more results, and it's cheaper/better for the share to stay suspended in the meantime... but I've got to say, this stretches my own credibility limits. Anyone who talks to Burnell should press him hard fro more than anodyne platitudes. Do not accept weasle words. Remember, and nver forget, that it is YOUR money - and their ineptitude/shennannigans is denyiung you access to it...and you may have lost it all. They are giving you NO facts at all. NO update. Bl**dy hell mate - do NOT worry about upsetting anyone. You have a massive wedge in here (if it's money and not number of shares?...which could mean about £700 !) You have every right to protest, call and make a nuisance of yourself. The lack of transparency here is awful. I agree that wahtever happens, G Burnell will be looking after Number One, not us..Maybe we might profit too, if we're lucky, but I doubt he has shareholder value at the forfront of his mind. Just ask yourselves this: Why should there be ANY secrecy of an RTO...or of a resubmission to AIM - why can't G Burnell tell us that is his goal..? For what legitimate reason could that be the case? If he cared about your £50K holding and Anthoiny James £20K, and the distress caused, he would be more transparent with you. UPDATE NEEDED...

The ONLY positive reason I can see is if they are tying up with N4 Pharma and N4 does have some major revenue streams coming. Apart from that I cannot see a positive reason for the office move.

I have no etxra information, and it may be for a good reason, but why, in ANY context would a piddling company like Onz want to move to more expensive premises, when their turnover is minimal.

I think you may have possibly missed that by moving the official compnay address, doesn't necessaiily mean they are setting up a major base there. Oxus Gold moved to a London address to save money - they purely used that address (shared with lawyers and many other firms) as an administrative base .. In that conext it would not bode well.. and why would N4 Pharma (at the moment not making money) want to uproot from Derbyshire and go to London with increased costs at this point? Anywaon who calls Burnellshould ask "Why" have they moved office.

Interesting (not enlightening) that when you call Burnell he says the NOMAD are dealing with , and to direct questions them, and when you call the NOMAD they direct you to G Burnell and say it's all with him.

I've also had experience of these cahnges of address in the past - and it's been for cost saving puropses (sharing premises) and that doesn't bode well, if that's the case, although it may be prudent anyway. Could be for a variety of reasons. I don't like it that G BUrnell has not updated us.. There needs to be an update. So are a few of us going to telephone him next week if we haven't heard any news - AND send a mail. Thsi would be the one month mark, with no official announcement. VERY POOR.

There was an injustice here - but always thought that the odds of us winning were getting lower and lower, the more and more I read about the persoennel involved. Always thought it wasn't going to be about the Law, but about lawyer power.

Yes, heard some great things from the horses mouth about N4...I do like what Nigel Theobald is abaout, and am very excited about this company.. makes it the more the furstrating that we can only invest in them through Onzima; how I wish we were directly invested. Unfortunately, I do not believe, this Suspension has anything to do with a RTO, but totally to do with breaching AIM rules. From everything I have learned, it has surprised many people - which makes it more worrying - as if they (Broker, BOD) don't even know how to follow Aim Regs word for word, how do they manage other things. Desperate for this to come back from suspension for N4 Pharma potential. Ps : Rachels Dad et al...yes, Strong e-mail with well thought out points next week to Onz, is a good idea, I agree

by the way, talking of time slipping by, next week will be one MONTH since suspension. Time easily slips by. Personally, I think it's bl**dy outrageous they haven't expanded on that initial RNS.

N4 Pharma - yeah great for N4...but at this point in time N4 Pharma have nothing to do with Onz' predicament (it may or may not to turn out to have some truth in it).. But it's easy for shareholders to get sidetracked. We're invested in Onz, not N4, and if I were you (at least for now) I'd forget about N4..They may end up being very successful with or without Onz (or they may not) For us, it's all about Onz and what Aims rules they've breached. The days and weeks are already slipping by without any formal update from our CEO. I think we need an update.
