Although I realise that there may have been a potential investment that fell through at the last minute, this , to me sounds like brinkmanship and lack of professional foresight,
They had (literally) months to sort out another invet=stment ; this could have succeeded by the means of further dilution, and investment, or a renegotiated deal with N4..
To leave it to drop off a cliff, in my mind is negligent (at least)..
The fact that Burnell is being "pleasant" on the phone means nothing IMO ; usual modus operandi for AIM CEO.
When he says he is "working hard" to rectify the problem, what does this mean?
Does it mean that he is orchaestrating a RTO withN4 Pharma ? Does it mean he is trying to renegotiate a new Investment policy with AIM, does it mean he is attempting to rebalance the portfolio with more resource stock, does it mean he is having to rebalance the N4 finance somehow..
many questions, and I'm unhappy at the silence from Burnell...
He's managed to placate you, Anthony, but looking critically at what he's said, has he actually said anything??
Hoping you get your £20K back - I have lass than that but a few K. My main problem with this is having it tied-up, when Burnell saw all this coming a mile off.
