I'm no expert but I do know tidal power is expensive vs other fuels and, as there are so few areas of sea with the strength and consistency of tide to make it work, there's an immovable block on upside. Pretty niche.

The CEO seems a hard-headed individual taking tough decisions, doing what's required for the company to have a chance of survival. Good luck to him - big challenge.

An attraction here is the quality of the CEO, not only a survivor apparently, also a very effective and determined chap. Third-hand 'info' this but I believe it. And I like the calm, planned and necessary shift from O&G to H.
