Isn’t Dr Pavel shopping right now at these bargain basement prices??? What might he be waiting for? Does he know something we don’t? Director buys usually have a positive effect, Or do we have to sit on our hands for the next 4 months waiting for the Hub to become operational. Is there,or will there be any practical input from our largest shareholder,who had several exciting proposals earlier this year????????

After reading Dr Pavel,s comments on H1 results,It is evident to me the damage caused by the merchants just very fortunately ousted, and I take comfort from the fact that I played a very small part in that ousting,as in my view it was an intolerable situation . Dr Pavel,s remarks clearly showed how progress and and Production were impeded during this period. His Statement is there for all to read. Totally unconcerned about not having a CFO in place for months on end , antagonising the Workforce, are just 2 factors Dr Pavel highlighted. Workforces are CRITICAL to every Company, as without their daily efforts, there is no Company, so the last thing one wants to do is upset those people responsible for Production!!! So, my sympathies are with Dr Pavel who not only has to guide the way forward, but also has the unenviable task of repairing the damage caused by the previous incumbents. I am confident that with his background and his experience as a Founder he will take all necessary actions to address the many issues facing POG, now adequately supported by our largest Shareholder.

Apart from operating results, standing by to see if any of the following issues have been addressed. Will we know the final composition of the BOD,if so is there any inclusion or active role for Fincraft,Cabs or Slevin? Has a CFO been appointed, or is the Company still rudderless in this important area? Clarity and forward guidance on IRC would also be helpful.

IMO, Very Dissapointing. I had hoped for better than this So far all we have seen is low volume,a depressed SP No appointment of a new CFO, which I would have thought was crucial to the Stability of the Company . No sign of any Director Share buys; especially from PM, who said he was looking to aquire 10 to 15% of the Company. Nothing positive about this week!!!!

To welcome the new Board and their success last Friday, Congratulations and best wishes . I would sincerely hope that Mr Rakishev is offered a place on the Board due to his substantial holding and his considerable expertise,which will be beneficial to the Company. An added bonus noted from the last RNS is that all of the new Board are fluent in Russian.

After reading your post,I was left wondering what your current strategy is. I noted that you would prefer to wait for a few more RNS,s (no shortage of those at present). As a long term holder,with a break even of 24p, I am unsure as to what my strategy should be. Buying more is not an option, leaving 2 others ,to sell or hold. Last week saw an 18% rise, and the trend continues this week . In my mind the only question is when to jump ship or risk the unknown?

Leaves me somewhat confused. I have read your last post Contrarian and agree with all the points you make, although the acheivments of the current BOD have come to very little over the past year imv. Inertia comes to mind. You of course may have another view, which is always appreciated. I, possibly like yourselves, have no idea who our mystery associated shareholders Cabs and Slevin are or what they are planning. What does sadden me at this time is that Mr Rakishev,due to confict of interest seems to have been Sidelined. I feel that someone with his background , expertise etc would be mutually beneficial to All shareholders including the BOD. So,my gut feeling at this time ,would be to abstain in any vote.

Plenty of concern and focus this week around Cabs and Slevin who between them only hold 9.1%. Rakishev, as I understand it holds more than twice that at 22% of the Company. Now that Mr Bektas, Rakishevs pick is about to be thrown off the Board, I am left wondering what his next move might be? Since, like all of us having become aqquainted with him earlier this year and knowing his background experience etc, I personally hold him in high esteem. He must be feeling somewhat peeved at this time, to not have any formal representation within the Company.

This RNS is purportedly/potentiality good news,however no mention is made to Mr Rakishev,s holding of 22% through I believe Fincraft in Cyprus, far higher than the 9.11% held by CABS and Slevin. Maybe these 3 entities are somehow linked and could possibly gain Mr Rakishev a well deserved seat on the Board ?

Hi,and like others before me,welcome to this Board, as one more Private Investor. I regard all Boards including this one as akin to Speakers corner,where you can get on your soapbox Scream,shout,talk until you are “blue in the face”,achieving nothing except amusing a a few passers by out for a stroll in the Park, the majority of them nowadays have not got a clue about what is being said,or indeed can comprehend the Queens English...lol. Coming back to our role as Private investors,there are very few options available whichever shares you hold. Whilst I respect your qualifications and experience to date, you do realise that the only Options available to any private investor,in any company, are to Buy,Sell ,Hold,Increase,or Decrease. Short of being elected to the Board,we will never ever be privy to Manegement discussions or decisions, as we are Complete Outsiders. That’s the way it’s always been and always will be. Good morning. From a simple man,who has been following this discussion. Unfortunately,having failed my maths O level twice I am totally unable to understand any of the calculations ,equations,or predictions that have been proposed by my fellow board members. What I do know however,and am painfully aware of,is my own position/investment in POG. I am a long term holder here with about 25k invested and a break even point of 24p. My question therefore is when to sell if the bonds reach a certain level and begin to affect the sp? I am sure that I am not alone in my concern as we all monitor and follow POG very closely. Maybe today will be a game changer for us, with a positive RNS. However that does not alter the fact that the Bondholders and the debt remain, Strategies,comments much appreciated.

Rusty,the London Office have just confirmed to me that the trading update has been rescheduled for next Tuesday 30th January. They were unable to give a reason for this.

Just seen a link from a poster on ADVFN/Reuters which I am unable to copy here, but the gist of it is that Mr Radishev who recently acquired the Renova holding wants PM back on board. If any of you are able to view this link I am sure you will find it very exciting .
