Over on the other Board,just a a little bit paranoid right now after having read them,especially as the
LSE will be closed Monday and we will be unable
to trade.
The heavies in Moscow know this and will use this opportunity to their advantage ???!!!!

Dr Pavel is by now super dizzy spinning through
through this revolving door,however it’s my view that he should be reinstated and respected for his efforts over the past 26 years,by the workforce and
shareholders alike to restore stability.
I hope that he is still a shareholder and if reinstated
it will be a permanent position.
Stability,Auditors,Dividends,trust etc,all need to be restored ASAP.

In that event what happens to OUR holdings?

One wonders if our new “masters” have any concern
or thought for us PI,s in their forward planning, in my mind ,doubtful,which added to the uncertainty,is
a tad scary.

Where and when ,will they react?
So far silence .

I am trying to understand the news flow since
Sunday.
One the one hand you have a Sunday newspaper
giving details of a proposed merger that Dr Pavel
seems to have engineered single handedly, and yesterday an RNS quashing any rumours of this.
Did the BOD know about his discussions with UGC, or was this done completely independently without any board room discussion, or indeed calling an EGM for clarity?

Following this board for as many years as I have held
POG, which seems like an eternity.
I am extremely excited about future prospects.
The virus has COMPLETELY changed everything and
governments,corporations and individuals are scrambling to rejig everything.
In performing this rejig in a panic mode, one of their first collective actions was to restart the printing presses, and as I understand it, barring any major
power outages, shortages of ink or paper....they are still rolling!!!
The timing of this for Gold and POG is spot on, within this unprecedented situation.
It all reinforces Peter Hambro,s quote several years ago “Gold is Gold, Money is a Promise “
Amen.

Taking everything into account, I have concluded
that this stake has been acquired for the purposes of integration,rather than a takeover or bid.
Hope I am right in my assumption.

It is neither of those,it is all about the falling Iron ore price.

Fortunately I did buy in shortly after PH bought his tranche.
Delighted with my holding already showing a gain of over 145%!!!

Whatever happened to Mr Rakishev and his far more Influential
Holding of around 22%.
What might be his strategy/plans going forward?
When he originally took an interest in POG, his commitment by
way of his massive Holding and his dynamic proposals created a great deal of excitement,however since then complete silence from his corner???

Certainly good news,just a pity it’s not being reflected in the POG sp currently.

Obviously having received a notification from
Yahoo Finance,earlier today I posted it.
However I have since spoken with IRC investor
relations in Hong Kong,who confirm that the Shares
are trading normally and were Not suspended at any time
during the morning today!

IRC presently Suspended on HSE.

WHY?

The 9.20% rise at IRC today,you all might like to read a post “elsewhere “ where the details of a trilateral agreement have just made at the Eastern Economic Forum, with 2 Russian banks and IRC.

Down by about 30% at this time.
