I’m absolutely sure that none of us long term holders who have already been diluted by being forced into the RI ,will tolerate another one,as we all at this point must have tons of skin ,and possibly bones ,in this. I would also question the definition, and seek clarity of the phrase “to create Shareholder value “which has been bandied around several times, by both new and old BOD,s As far as I am aware I only know of 2 catalysts that will create Shareholder value, namely an increase in the Share price or Dividend payments;certainly Not further dilution!!!!

The current price showing of 10.5p is I believe the price on Suspension last week. Although the now confirmed offer is 10p a share,who gets this extra half penny?

So, taking everything into account as the Offer stands at present,,what would be the catalyst/s that might sway the BOD to amend/improve this offer? Or is it a done deal,already cast in stone?

As this offer stands at present,it seems to me derisory in the extreme,especially as we will never see the 5p. Is the 10p offer fixed or is there any chance of it being amended? My sympathy to all UN FORTUNATE PI,s

Would the falling oil price be a factor in this?

Mistralis,seems we are,but it should not be too painful as the Company have many high quality lubricants to ease the pain LOL!!! Regarding the share price,I personally believe that the falling Oil price ,and current negative global sentiment,especialy in energy markets is a factor here. I am really surprised by the oil price drop, as normally the price spikes up at the start of the Norhern hemisphere Winter,although I do understand there is an oversupply problem, not helped by Fracking.

Wondering what those violations ,if proven, would cost FTO? In the long term, what is their strategy?... Is it to develop this project,or sell it to a third party....have any decisions been made or is it all still in mid air?

Why did they change from Premium to a Standard listing,what were the possible reasons?

Does anyone know how this dividend was calculated?

With this company,had high hopes when I bought in a few years ago(on a comment made by Mr T, that he hoped to see a value of £1 billion about now). Having applied my simple logic, with regard to FTO,s activites in the Chinese oil and gas sector , I bought in. Right now I am beginning to wonder exactly what benefits are derived by being a shareholder ,especially if no Dividend is announced next week. All of this ,together with a halving of the SP and comment from the Company that it has transformed into an Investment Co,leaves me asking again; How do we benefit as individual Shareholders at this time ????
