seems to be not to different from a normal Equity or common stock.

Have just bought in here as it would seem to be a very solid Company operating in a very popular sector.

Does the fact that this is a UK REIT have any effect on private investors when trading in it, or is it the same as trading in equities?

I understand the 13p per share due to us under the terms of the acquisition,

But what about the separate issue of capital return which according to the RNS of 27 November was to be confirmed this month.

Will it be paid separately/not at all/

maybe it is included with the 13 pence?

Clarification would be appreciated.

As private investors we will never know who or what persuaded the Managers to invest €22m in this project.

We will also never know why they deviated from their normally cautious approach to investments?

Despite the name change, a recent dividend payment,

I also share your disappointment about the recent drop as many other private investors here probably do.

However I can only assume that as we have been previously informed that it’s all about waiting for regulatory approval for contracts that have already been agreed and possibly others that are still under negotiation.

As always forthcoming RNS,s will clarify everything for everyone.

This might be, if the prospectus would allow it, to bring the vote forward before September,s AGM, and hold

an earlier EGM which may end any uncertainty, or speculation together with lifting the share price.

Let me start by thanking you for your response, and indeed the clarity it contained.

This is the first time in approximately 20 years of investing that any of the equities that I have held have faced a discontinuation vote, an event which I never heard of.

I am a medium to long term investor and as a pensioner

rely heavily on dividends received, so you can imagine my concern when I understood that this vote would take place at the AGM in September.

It had occurred to me that another option might be to call an early EGM, hold the vote, which would have the benefit of ending any uncertainty, maybe even give some impetus to the share price.

It is encouraging to note that on past precedent only a very small percentage of this category of vote do pass

and companies continue to trade normally.

Once again thanks for your remarks which are very important to me as JLEN comprises one third of my portfolio.

Listened to the presentation yesterday with interest

We have already been informed that the dividend will increase by 3% and that a new RCF has been agreed.

That’s the good news, BUT what is making me feel quite uneasy is the announcement that a discontinuation vote will take place at the AGM in September.

This vote must be held as the discount to NAV is above 10%.

Naturally the presenter strongly urged us to vote against it at the AGM.

As a private investor like yourselves, with a substantial holding I am anxious to know what my/our position would be in the UNLIKELY event that a vote to discontinue passed.

Would we recoup our original investment at a prevailing market price or receive some lesser amount?

The current value of my holding is in excess of 60k,

If anyone here has any knowledge about how we may be affected and what we would likely receive in the event of a discontinuation vote, I would be grateful to receive your feedback and comments. Many thanks.

Obviously July 4 is a key date and a catalyst for the whole market but JLEN is well diversified over some 42 projects Plus they have just announced that a new RFC has been agreed and is now in place

Disappointed that no RNS was issued yesterday as it was on the same date last year.

It contained a dividend forecast for years 2023/2024.

I would imagine that one is imminent?

Still concerned by the continuing drop of 1.18%

today, whereas GSF rose.

To me, and probably other holders this is not a good trend.

Wondering what might reverse this trend
