Derampers all over the place on LSE at the moment. At least this guy is just working on his own!
Let me delve back through my old notes and see if I can find anything. I will be back if I can.
You are quite correct, it was very scary and very dangerous for new investors too. Someone innocent like poor Michael for instance could have been entirely misled.
Fortunately, this board is a much more civilised place nowadays. However, I do notice that even the very talk of such terrible behaviour has scared our poor innocent new investor Michael. He seems to have deleted all of his posts and permanently removed himself from the board.
New investors should really learn to watch the interviews and listen to the board members rather than believe self-ordained "oil experts" on these forums. These people inevitably have their own agendas.
Long term this will go up. But if you want to make quick money then you are going to have to be equally quick with your trading fingers.
Thank heavens for that. I would hate to think that an innocent new investor such as Michael Goodwill was connected to, or was being misled by that notorious ramper WolfOfTheWoods who recall in 2018 predicted "£1 this year and £5 in 5 years" and I also believe had form for organising private Twitter groups with his cohorts before they came and posted en mass on here.
It's a good job nothing like that is happening on this board nowadays.
I have just watched the George Lucan interview with LSE. He comes across as a very genuine bloke who is working his hardest to turn the company around and has a very sensible paln to do this.
He has addressed almost all of the issues raised by the so-called oil experts on this board and made them look pretty stupid with their poorly worked out GCSE calculations.
At this price and with a 6 month turnaround this is a great investment regardless of what the "Anti-Angus Action Group" suggest. Their agenda is becoming ever more nakedly revealed.
What unpleasant allegations?
What has Alan been accused of doing?
But I agree, I think that the recovery starts tomorrow. The newsflow has certainly been less bleak today.
I agree. I closed my shorts on this yesterday but did not buy back in today. Am thinking of getting back in first thing tomorrow so hoping for a slow start.
Are you talking physical gold of tradeable gold.
I know a number of gold bugs who actually sleep on top of their stash!
Gold going up at a great rate just now.
Hmm - that is great if taken at face value but I fear that the key sentence here is: "One person briefed on the investigations said authorities were reluctant to publish further details over fears the sweatshops could move out of the city."
Apologies I meant Wayne.
Good find Wyane
That made me laugh! Very witty.
which TW are we talkign about? The self styled sheriff of AIM?
I would agree that liars saying one thing and doing another is poor form. Why not just be honest.
I think that UKOG does have a chance of recovery (though it will be a difficult road back) but only if Sanderson is replaced. There has been too much failure under his watch and the company needs fresh blood and a new vision.
They are a little strange
Good news today - there is yet another producing acquisition in the pipeline.
