Get out while you can, that is what is happening with BoD and CEO and investment companies selling on anything above 3p. Plus others seeing the writing on the wall of having to sell out!

Buybacks benefit CEO andBoD better as they get bonuses and extra shares against results!!

No to buybacks as only the CEO and BoD benefit with this!! Shareholders are always better with dividends and so growth through value!

All we need is for Serica to acquire or merge with someone with oil and gas assets outside of NS. Reduce debt and do some huge buybacks and also stop,investing and reduce NS output, so that the Labour government gets the message. All UK O&G companies should club together and put one clear message to EdM and Rachel R in one combined Union type talks, if unsuccessful then a work to rule from them all. Reduce output and investment , and revenues to Government dwindle and energy prices rocket as UK is forced to buy from OPEC countries, Russiaand Norway!!

Plus I reckon by ne t week, recession figures hit and NYSE will be down 10%!!!

If it get to £10.25 level tomorrow I may pick up a few thousand on the cheap!

Serica BoD and CEO have now got 2-3 months to do one of the above or face 2-3 years of stagnation on this share and sp?

It’s just bobbing up and down between 2.01p and 2.4p and will stay u dear 3p until Q3 results and sales! I hold on 2 million shares at 2p, so will wait for the offer to sell at 6p when bought out? Or for a miracle spike in sales and revenue and get the sp to 7p then sell, but at the minute nothing to see!

The buybacks are at just over 19 million, so at this daily rate of 300,000+ we should hit the 25 million into Treasury for future company share buys. So within 1 month say September buybacks should start effecting the sp as these will be cancelled? Might see 15-16p by end of September unless we are bought??

After a reward RNS for CEO, sp at 400p in 12 months on ewe merge and become SERIQUEST. Synergies are good and they have lots of wells outside NS, plus lots to claim,off in NS, tax losses.
