All, at best I cannot see CEO paying more than 40p a share even if he get 70% approval after review and putting case to MM’s. Him and his family as you see from major shareholders on Orchard website own 59% of the stock. He would need £3-4 million pounds to buy the 15% of shares he needs to take it private. If he offers 50p the deal is done!!

Machin - You talk about bb’s, not being useful and contradict yourself! The company saves dividends on bb’s, but at next quarter if there is the same say $20 million dollars to share out in divi, it is better as the divi will increase as few to share it! Don’t see your logic?..

Let’s hope DEC - BoD and Rusty give the big green light to do 100,000 shares per day buybacks over next 8 business days? Yes it would mean spending $7 million dollars, but would save $500,000 on divis paid, plus would send the shorters back under their rocks and show both US and U.k investors that the BoD and Rusty are taking this short attack seriously!! The shorters will over on, when they see DEC has enough reserves and money for the divisasisfir at least 2 years currently at this rate, plus more buybacks and acquisitions!! Then boom to £12-£13 a share by end of April!

Totally agree. Watch and squeal shorters and unscrupulous MM’s lowering price to feed US requests for shares. This will bounce within 10-12 days of ex divi date on 28 Feb. Give it to them Rusty, divis will keep being paid at this level for years! Plus Rusty and his team will keep acquiring new profitable assets and quieten the greens with how good and well DEC seal wells and keep methane escape to a minimum!! Up DEC!!

Massive, massive overreaction!!! Opportunity to get in cheap to a superb company and share! The monies allocated to cover GAP, will now be put into Golf clubs, private schools and more bridging loans and in 7-8 months we will all look back in surprise! DEC from long term holders, knows what it is doing, is hedging ahead, has enough funds for divis, acquisitions when needed, plus this is not year 1-3 for them!

This is just MM’s trying to make a buck, which Rusty should have foreseen when listing on NYSE, there should have been 3-4 million shares read, even if from buybacks fund/reserve. Plus the 20 to 1 rationalisation should have realistically been 6 or 7 for one new share?

Good results again, all things voted through. Plus another announcement of 3p divis for coming year, along with the 2p for this year on 19th Jan. A very well run company with a small work force but very solid client base and customers, expanding year on year. Hopefully 2024 will see growth and again increases in profits and more loans.

Hoping to see this go above £14 a share by the end of January, with next divi coming into play both sides of the pond? Plus more huge buybacks, debt reduction, plus the stupid accusations by 4 minor political figures put to bed!! This is a £18 share all day, given the debt reduction, divi payments, plus a 20-25 years book of wells sealing, gas tap off, plus more in pipeline for a 30 years projection and progress/ mergers and acquisitions and a huge increase in profits and share price!!

Trek and Mr G totally agree, the CEO and BoD should put out a message ref investigation and accusations in full. Plus bb should be at 50,000 new shares per trading day everyday until end of January!! Plus Rusty needs to speak to NYSE and LSE and put all rumours and shorts to bed!!.

Get in while cheap and a very well run company with full,order books and a very steady eddy share, good pension /SIPP revenues with a 7-8% divi revenue annually for doing nothing!!.

This company is not going to learn. Its buyback is woeful!!!

I am finally out, I only made a small profit after the big special divi, since then I have being slowly selling, most went at 180p, the rest at 167p, with final 5,000 shares today at a small loss at 155p. Shame on you board of inept directors you couldn’t sell ice to the Eskimos!!!
