And there we have it folks, Heid has at last owned up to being a paid ramper of Union Jack Oil.
I think it is now incumbent on all of us to keep reminding unsuspecting punters who may be thinking of investing in UJO by posting this admission on a regular basis.

Pboo....I believe that ultimately after going to court Planning on appeal will be allowed. This will not be known for at least a year. In the meantime a bad/very bad RNS will be presented in a different light, and the word transformational will disappear. Look out for that in the RNS. The companies RBD/UJO will say that more drilling will be required to prove up Commerciality. Victory will then become the pre-eminent play whilst West Newton will die away in a similar manner as Colter.

Chief paid Ramper of the company Heid is turbo charged this morning. Has Uncle David told her to up her game, as the advertising she is paid to undertake on behalf of Union Jack Oil is not working.

Rumour has it that the RNS news about West Newton is going to be one of two outcomes.
Bad or very bad. But the message will be dressed up as not quantifiable without much more more drilling.

Heid, seeing as all UJO investors are actually paying you a very small amount each to Ramp the Union Jack Oil on this board, do you think you are good value for money? and if yes please explain why.

Heid, one thing you are good at is playing with hypotheticals. Once you're confronted with actual factual figures you back away. If you were really any good at ramping to unsuspecting prospective clients this share would be around £2. There you are see, I just used a hypothetical!

Huge take for me is the LEASING arrangements now, which is back end loaded towards end of term, great for clients. Can only be done with a cash rich company. Once the stream starts though, watch it take off.

Building up millions of tax credits whilst keeping predators at bay.
T.B concern should be investors getting restless....see AGM where nearly 10% abstained for his chair again, kick in the teeth.
My take on longer term is 2-4 years.

afrc.....No they won't run out of money by Xmas, they have bought in this period a great amount of stock, that due to their expanding order pipeline. Tom Black is a smooth operator in my opinion. The strategy he is adopting in my opinion is aimed at building a very profitable business, but not in the short term as this would attract a possible take over. He is looking at over a longer period, and then with a track record of being profitable at the end of the day it will be worth multiples of what it is at the present time. Another point is that every year many more millions of tax credits are being 'banked' for the future when the company becomes profitable. But the big takeaway for me is the switch to effectively bankroll client companies by providing LEASE OPTIONS. The company said in a presentation it will provide for clients to have a greater percentage of the lease paid towards the end of the lease. What company would not like that?
Longer term to me is between 2 and 4 years from now. However it would appear that some are not happy with this strategy, hence the around 10% who abstained from voting at the AGM to have T.B in the chair. This was a warning, that quite a number of investors are becoming restless at the time taken to achieve profitability and dividends.
IF the large investors start selling that would ring alarm bells for me and not before. In fact i have been thinking about buying more.

So what will be the likely outcome of the West Newton RNS given what we know when it eventually appears?
On a maximum score of ten points I will provide my best guess.
1/ It will be announced as a huge success and without equivocation Commercially viable 1/10
2/ It will be announced that more investigative drilling needs to be done to prove Commerciality 8/10
3/ It will be announced along similar lines as Colter, and Victory then will become the prominent play 2/10
4/ It will be announced that the project will not be Commercially viable (A Duster) 0/10

Only my prognosis, and the rampers can feel free to prove me wrong when the RNS is out.

afrc.....everyone to their own as they say. This is a long term hold. Remember that the company has entered into contracts that are delivering most revenues towards the end of term (unlike most that are front payment loaded). My concern would be if the major investors started selling which they patently are not. The top 25 Institutional Investors own 92% of the company, and any big 'sells' appearing are always only swaps across the SI registered bank Investec. I see the bank itself is now a major holder in THRU which in itself is a very good sign. T.B has his own way of running a business. Detica for example are a past success if one wants to check up on his business dealings.
But is this a share to hold for a 'quick buck'? No.

He runs his own specialist business and had a former background in a lexicography before that. A wordsmith par excellence he will assist us in the precise wording that we will be using in drawing up the RNS which hopefully will ameliorate what as we both know is going to be fairly bad news. Obviously you will also need to release your own RNS at the same time as us. If you wish to use our man assist drafting up your own RNS please do. We will happily pay all his fees. In the meantime David, we will most likely be issuing more updates on our Victory prospect. Hopefully this will take some of the heat away from us. I will contact you after our meeting with Rathlin next week, and then possibly if you wish and are free, a joint meeting with both ourselves and Rathlin afterwards".
