Look at any other company who is signed up and tell me the ones that do not give voting numbers.
If you were to be correct 20% would not even be mentioned, there would be no need. Talk about trying to educate pork!

It's all there on page 16 so don't tell more 'porkies' about the AGM voting procedures and it's not required to show voting numbers.

QCA Code of Practice for small and medium sized companies states on page 16 this.....
• Disclose the outcomes of all votes in a clear and transparent manner.
• Where a significant proportion of votes (e.g. 20% of independent votes) have
been cast against a resolution at any general meeting, the company should
include, on a timely basis, an explanation of what actions it intends to take to
understand the reasons behind that vote result, and, where appropriate, any
different action it has taken, or will take, as a result of the vote.
• Include historical annual reports and other governance-related material,
including notices of all general meetings over the last five years.

Perhaps having read the above, share holders will now understand why they didn't publish the voting numbers.
And why cloves and others like him, those who are in too deep for their own well being, do not wish to see it published.

Where are the results as per the QCA code of practice on the companies own website or via an RNS. The site you refer to is only an analyst report, and that does not have any results posted anyhow.
You'll have to wriggle better than that to prove posting of voting results.
All the other small companies I an involved with who have signed up to the QCA good practice code, post their results the same day as the AGM, many within a couple of hours.
So I ask the question again why not RBD. I think prospective investors should know don't you? and if you don't agree I look forwards as to your reasons why not!!

I can remember a conversation I had a long time ago with a friend of mine on this very subject. He was of the opinion what unless a company has a specific reference to that in their constitution, then a company could consolidate as many times as it likes (or could get away with perhaps).

Selfish, I'm calling you out on your 'attendance' at the AGM. Somebody, a ramper I remember stated that they were going but 'just happened' to miss a train. What questions were asked and what were the answers?
Your last paragraph needs simple explanation for those (very few) who may mis-interpret your post. Of course all resolutions that are to be voted upon at an AGM have to be released prior to the meeting, and proxy votes sent in prior to the meeting. They are then added to those attending and following the CONCLUSION of the AGM, then the numbers FOR, AGAINST and WITHELD are released,
What and where are those voting numbers so we can see them Selfish. Where are they published?

Of course you are joking about contacting the company direct.
They have signed up to the QCA code of practice for businesses but do not follow their guidelines on major points including
1/ Share holders should be able to contact members of senior management about any issues they have.
2/ Share holders should be able to attend AGM's.
3/ All votes on resolutions at AGM's should be posted.

RBD have not undertaken any of the above, and whilst they were allowable to invite shareholders to the AGM in July as Covid restrictions were lifted at that time, No voting numbers have been released, and they made it abundantly clear on their own website that holders would not be allowed in. A disgraceful situation for all level headed shareholders to have to endure.

N.B Grizzly Island is not going to happen. Huge problems with the environment and wild life habitats and especially now with ongoing recent huge oil spillage around the coast in that area.

Seems like our joint partner ADX/ASX in the Romanian Parta field is becoming very active in newer alternative energies, and not oil and gas. A recent 4 minute video is available on the ADX site with their Chairman Ian Tchacos explaining about these new ventures they are embarking on.
I wonder if the dynamic duo are looking at similar projects and seeing an opportunity for another transformational play by also diversifying into this area. A placing to raise funds for this, as well as Victory, could be the way for them to push the apparent debacle that is happening at West Newton off the agenda, thereby providing the opportunity for more many more years of potential future 'income'. It would not surprise me in the least.
