Personally would not put a lot of hope in West Newton. If it was going to be a storming success news would have been out a long time ago.

However transformational news relating to Victory will appear before then with the soon to be followed 'begging bowl' of placing and dilution. Not a guess, a formality. Just don't shoot the messenger.
I would say and agree this is a guess, about a 10% dilution minimum.

I would have thought most investors would want to see the West Newton field outcome known asap. Well we will soon know that's for sure. This appeal procedure is 'forcing their hand'. What is it going to be, stick or twist!

A good point Jb. If West Newton is going to be a commercial success then there should be a number of RNS's coming out shortly. Given that the appeal has to be lodged within a few weeks, it will concentrate minds with the dynamic duo. If, and they will know by now what the results at West Newton are, then they will be delivered soon. However if not, and the appeal is not lodged and time lapses then the opposite will be true; we will know if this is the case by the announcement of news from Victory and a placing within a few days. Interesting times ahead within the next 6 weeks.

Just see below how long it takes to come to a conclusion via the appeals route, fast it is not, Year + away if below UKOG appeal is to be repeated. An extract reads...................

TAC, I think your second paragraph sums up the present situation. The substances are most likely there, but whether they can be extracted in a profitable way is the question that needs to be answered in the affirmative. Any prospective buyer will need to know this, before even considering bidding.

If a West Newton RNS is going to be poor then it will be preceded by two events. First an RNS about Victory will appear, giving an update on proceedings and explaining what a transformational (where have I heard that word before) play it will be. The second RNS which will appear shortly afterwards will be about another placement, which will include a paragraph and words to the effect that other monies from the placement, will be allocated as per company requirements. This will most likely used to provide liquidity to RBD's subsidiary private companies.
Let's hope for a positive RNS about West Newton first. Alarm bells ringing if not!

What I like is that between the last 2 major owners of shares in Thruvision reporting periods published, Investec Bank Wealth Fund has increased its exposure in Thruvision from approx £25K to approx £168K (about 700% increase). Remember Investec is the bank of Thruvision. I wonder who tipped off Tom Black last year re the £200K the company made on the financial market?. No prizes for guessing in my book. If anyone is in a position to know what is going on at Thruvision it surely must be their bankers.
