With the now Trump Republican Party in charge with the 'drill baby drill' motto, oil prices are likely to stay in the doldrums, and be unprofitable to small companies. The far seeing companies are looking towards gas/+electric generation and Geothermal. However 'Fat boy slim' is getting long in the tooth and probably couldn't care less.

The usual play by the dynamic duo is to 'inadvertently' return the document incomplete, It is then returned asking for more information, and delaying proceedings even further. Meanwhile the salary counter clocks up more hundreds of thousands of pounds in the fraudsters bank accounts.

This is patently untrue as records at that time show that only 5 individuals who owned over 0.5%, never mind 1% of the Companies share that he claims were....3 persons of the Oza family, Stephen Williams director and Michael Felton Non Ex director whose holding was 0.57%.

Can anyone now take this charlatan seriously after such an egregious lie?

I personally had serious doubts about his character and the veracity of many of his claims when he changed his avatar from deemule to Simon64 a couple of years ago. His name is Simon and he is Welsh, but the rest of what he states in reality resides only in his disturbed mind.

Why should there be an RNS just because they have received an order. It's ridiculous to even suggest it. Some companies are received dozens/hundreds of orders every day. Think, they would be doing nothing else but RNS's if it was mandatory. for them to do it. just because they are in a Takeover code situation makes no difference whatsoever. Go ahead and contact the company, but I respectfully say they have more important matters on their hands right now than wasting time confirming what is out in the public domain and NOT price sensitive.

Regarding West Newton, Rathlin Energy were advised last May that although their application to East Riding County Council had been approved, that before proceeding to the next stage they would need to get approval from Building Control who were a separate entity.

Has this stage been submitted, passed/accepted, as if it has been then I can see no subsequent reference to it anywhere from either Rathlin or Reabold.

Shares in treasury are probably the fifth largest holding with just under 3% of total. These shares will need to be used (and in my opinion) will be used to provide S & S with a new sole or joint venture, this in order to deflect criticism away from the stationary Colle Santo and West Newton debacles. The US will be a possible front runner or even a diversity into a Geo thermal operation. One matter we can all be sure of is that any success if forthcoming will not find its way into we shareholders pockets!
