Deemule aka Simon64.....give it a rest, you have been averaging down since 1p a share days. Everyone who has been here for years knows that. If you are telling the truth which I doubt you will be tens of thousands of pounds under water.
I doubt this will move far now all is priced in. Time to sell if in profit and go elsewhere. Watch the spread or the MM's will have you for breakfast!
SEC Release yesterday 16th January 2024....
PART III - NARRATIVE
State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or ........portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
"The Company is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended November 30, 2023 (the “Report”) since additional time is needed to prepare and finalize the financial statements and other disclosures in the Report
I think you can draw an analogy with one of the main reasons why the 2 buffoons are still in charge of RBD, and why top executives of major companies stay in their positions when their companies are doing badly.
In the first instance it can be safely assumed, that the major institutional investors assisted to a great extent in voting for the board of RBD. They, (the fund managers) probably took that action not to draw attention to their own poor performance in selecting investible companies to make profits for their clients.
In the case of large public companies and their senior management they very often 'cover up' each other's failings in an attempt not to draw attention to their own failings. Usually the workers on the 'shop floor' are the ones to be made redundant and not those at higher level who are responsible. That last sentence is the major difference between UK and US major companies, the 'buck stops at the top' over the pond!
"Additionally, we will be removing an additional 78,723 barrels of estimated proved undeveloped reserves for individual locations in the development plan for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2022 that were currently scheduled to be drilled, completed and converted to developed status on a date that is now more than five years from the initial disclosure in an annual filing made with the SEC".
"The total proved undeveloped reserves presented in our original 10-K filing as of February 28, 2022 was 399,311 barrels. After revising our disclosure of proved undeveloped reserves as of February 28, 2022 to remove the above mentioned 273,265 barrels and the 78,723 barrels; the revised amount of proved undeveloped reserves will be 47,323 barrels, as shown on our revised reserve report identified as EXHIBIT A with this response letter".
What a difference a day break makes..........or not, if you follow where the above admission takes you!!
The maths regarding the final outcome in the voting announced tomorrow will be interesting. If the present incumbents win the vote, then going forward the most important factor will be. by HOW MANY?
Should the voting power of LNEnergy and Oza's family combined actually keep S & S at the helm then I can foresee another attack after a further 12months, although a hostile take-over bid announced with 'money on the table' would be most interesting!
Keep the faith; these two now have their cards marked. The final outcome will not depend on a couple of battles but ultimately who wins the war.
The market here will open in a sea of blue with a massive fanfare of bugles welcoming the return of the dynamic duo back into their desks. An order for a couple of new expensive cars will surely follow. The rise in the share price however will be short lived and the MM's will capture those traders with little experience. A Presentation will be put on to placate those with no savvy...Simon64 will once more be 'averaging down'.
The months ahead will once the s.p has settled back down to around 0.1p will be a case of business as usual. Of course the family and Colle Santo directors will be rewarded for services rendered.
Evening deemule/Simon64. Averaging down still from over 1p you aid back in the days. Are you retiring this year then if the price moves up above your 0.6p average now? or will you have to remain as a 'helper' at the local college until government retirement age?
Paul1D......'no such thing as a free lunch'...or a free advert!
Interesting in the small print......
