My money (not much) is on an announcement regarding an update on Calle Santo which will be delivered late on Friday afternoon.

Reabold Resources have raised their stake in Rathlin from between 50-75% to above 75%.

Chrishutch, as you say a lot of 'water under the bridge' since last sharing posts. I am still believing in Tom Black's ability with Thruvision to reproduce something along the lines of what he did with Detica many years ago, finally selling that company to BAE systems for over £500M. I admit it is a roller coaster ride at present, yet for many reasons Thru will come through this episode in better shape, either with a take over or some form of funding. The former obviously better for shareholders short term. I would love to have been a fly on the wall at recent board meeting. G L.

Hi Chrishutch, hope your keeping well. I'm watching matters as carefully as I can outside of the mostly tripe that is being written on this blog. I have as you know been in here since Thruvision was spun off from Digital Barriers many years ago. These days I trade infrequently and post negativity mostly on a site that has been 'ripping off' shareholders for years. I personally would not indulge in trying to make a fast buck here at Thruvision at this time. It is obvious the s p is being manipulated (see Today's second RNS as an example) I am holding with a great deal of optimism for what the future holds with this company. Keep the faith!

Itsawrap, time frames and option extensions can be further extended should all parties agree to that taking place. My contention is that the parties involved will have all the necessary details already, so what's the reason/s behind the delay providing such news to shareholders. Or is there more to it than just that.

The question to ask oneself about the option extension is this. Is it credible to believe that given the lengthy period that has elapsed since that release that no decision has yet been made? And if a decision has in fact already been made would it be a reasonable assumption to make, that the outcome is not favourable for we shareholders?

Let's remember that for every week that goes by now without any news, is also a week that can go by at a later date without any news, thereby prolonging a delay.

Regarding LNEnergy Late filing Heid.......I noticed this a few days ago.....Indicative of a poorly run outfit, would have thought Sachin Oza a director would have picked it up though.

What happens if you file late?

If a company does not file a confirmation statement by the relevant deadline, it can still be filed late. There are no automatic financial penalties for failing to file a confirmation statement on time.

Companies House will generally issue an automatic warning if you miss a filing deadline. This will serve as an initial reminder, providing an opportunity for the company to bring its filing responsibilities up to date without being penalised.

If reminder notices are ignored, Companies House will eventually take action against the company and its officers. As discussed above, this can result in fines for company directors and the company being struck off the register, as well as director disqualification.

James Reid is an Angel Investor so he may know something we do not. If he is thinking of financing Reabold for future developments what will be his price; a directorship possibly?
